1 “Arise, shine, [2] for your light has come; [1] on you it has dawned. [1] |

| 2 כִּֽי־הִנֵּ֤ה הַחֹ֙שֶׁךְ֙ [3 3] Pashta יְכַסֶּה־אֶ֔רֶץ [2] Zaqef לְאֻמִּ֑ים [1] Etnachta יִזְרַ֣ח יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef עָלַ֥יִךְ יֵרָאֶֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
2 For behold darkness, [3 3] it will cover the earth, [2] the peoples; [1] the LORD will dawn, [2] over you it will appear. [1] |

| 3 וְהָלְכ֥וּ גוֹיִ֖ם [2] Tip'cha לְאוֹרֵ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta לְנֹ֥גַהּ זַרְחֵֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq |
3 And nations will come [2] to your light; [1] to the brightness of your dawn. [1] |

| 4 שְׂאִֽי־סָבִ֤יב עֵינַ֙יִךְ֙ [3 3] Pashta וּרְאִ֔י [2] Zaqef נִקְבְּצ֣וּ בָֽאוּ־לָ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta מֵרָח֣וֹק יָבֹ֔אוּ [2] Zaqef עַל־צַ֥ד תֵּאָמַֽנָה׃ [1] Silluq |
4 “Lift up your eyes all around [3 3] and see, [2] they gather together, they come to you; [1] from far away they will come, [2] on a hip they will be carried. [1] |

5 Then you will see [3] and you will be radiant, [2] your heart; [1] the abundance of the sea, [2] they will come to you. [1] |

6 A multitude of camels, [4] it will cover you, [3] and Ephah, [2] from Sheba they will come; [1] they will bring, [2] they will proclaim. [1] |

7 All the flocks of Kedar, [3] they will gather to you, [2] they will serve you; [1] (on) my altar; [2] I will beautify. [1] |

8 “Who are these [2] who fly as a cloud; [1] to their windows? [1] |

| 9 כִּי־לִ֣י ׀ [4] Legarmeh אִיִּ֣ים יְקַוּ֗וּ [3] Revi'i בָּרִ֣אשֹׁנָ֔ה [2] Zaqef מֵֽרָח֔וֹק [2] Zaqef אִתָּ֑ם [1] Etnachta יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהַ֔יִךְ [2] Zaqef כִּ֥י פֵאֲרָֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq |
9 Surely for me [4] the islands will wait, [3] first, [2] from afar, [2] with them; [1] of the LORD your God, [2] for he has glorified you. [1] |

| 10 וּבָנ֤וּ בְנֵֽי־נֵכָר֙ [3] Pashta חֹמֹתַ֔יִךְ [2] Zaqef יְשָֽׁרְת֑וּנֶךְ [1] Etnachta הִכִּיתִ֔יךְ [2] Zaqef רִחַמְתִּֽיךְ׃ [1] Silluq |
10 “And sons of foreigners will rebuild [3] your walls, [2] they will serve you; [1] I struck you, [2] I have had compassion on you. [1] |

| 11 וּפִתְּח֨וּ שְׁעָרַ֧יִךְ תָּמִ֛יד [3] Tevir יוֹמָ֥ם וָלַ֖יְלָה [2] Tip'cha לֹ֣א יִסָּגֵ֑רוּ [1] Etnachta חֵ֣יל גּוֹיִ֔ם [2] Zaqef נְהוּגִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
11 And your gates will be open continually, [3] by day and night [2] they shall not be shut; [1] the wealth of nations, [2] led captive. [1] |

| 12 כִּֽי־הַגּ֧וֹי וְהַמַּמְלָכָ֛ה [3] Tevir אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־יַעַבְד֖וּךְ [2] Tip'cha יֹאבֵ֑דוּ [1] Etnachta חָרֹ֥ב יֶחֱרָֽבוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
12 For the nation and the kingdom [3] which will not serve you, [2] they will perish; [1] they will become utterly desolate. [1] |

13 “The glory of Lebanon, [3] to you it will come, [2] pine and box tree, [2] together; [1] the place of my sanctuary, [2] I will make glorious. [1] |

| 14 וְהָלְכ֨וּ אֵלַ֤יִךְ שְׁח֙וֹחַ֙ [3 3] Pashta בְּנֵ֣י מְעַנַּ֔יִךְ [2] Zaqef עַל־כַּפּ֥וֹת רַגְלַ֖יִךְ [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־מְנַֽאֲצָ֑יִךְ [1] Etnachta עִ֣יר יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef קְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Silluq |
14 And they will come bowing down to you, [3 3] the sons of those who afflicted you, [2] to the soles of your feet, [2] all those who despised you; [1] the City of the LORD, [2] of the Holy One of Israel. [1] |

15 “In place of your being [3] forsaken and hated [2] so that no one passed through; [1] an eternal excellency, [2] of many generations. [1] |

| 16 וְיָנַקְתְּ֙ [3] Pashta חֲלֵ֣ב גּוֹיִ֔ם [2] Zaqef תִּינָ֑קִי [1] Etnachta כִּ֣י אֲנִ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta מֽוֹשִׁיעֵ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef אֲבִ֥יר יַעֲקֹֽב׃ [1] Silluq |
16 And you will drink [3] the milk of nations, [2] you will suck; [1] that I the LORD [3] am your Deliverer, [2] the Mighty One of Jacob. [1] |

17 In place of the bronze [4] I will bring gold, [3] I will bring silver, [2] bronze, [2] iron; [1] peace, [2] righteousness. [1] |

| 18 לֹא־יִשָּׁמַ֨ע ע֤וֹד חָמָס֙ [3] Pashta בְּאַרְצֵ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef בִּגְבוּלָ֑יִךְ [1] Etnachta חוֹמֹתַ֔יִךְ [2] Zaqef תְּהִלָּֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
18 Violence will no more be heard [3] in your land, [2] in your territories; [1] your walls, [2] Praise. [1] |

| 19 לֹא־יִֽהְיֶה־לָּ֨ךְ ע֤וֹד הַשֶּׁ֙מֶשׁ֙ [3 3] Pashta לְא֣וֹר יוֹמָ֔ם [2] Zaqef הַיָּרֵ֖חַ [2] Tip'cha לֹא־יָאִ֣יר לָ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta לְא֣וֹר עוֹלָ֔ם [2] Zaqef לְתִפְאַרְתֵּֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq |
19 The sun will no longer be for you [3 3] light by day, [2] the moon, [2] it will not shine for you; [1] an everlasting light, [2] your glory. [1] |

20 It will no longer set, [3] your sun, [2] it will not wane; [1] he will be for you [3] an everlasting light, [2] the days of your mourning. [1] |

21 And your people, [3] all of them will be righteous, [2] they will possess the land; [1] the work of my hands, [2] that I may be glorified. [1] |

22 The small one, [3] he will become a thousand, [2] a mighty nation; [1] in its time I will do this quickly.” [1] ¶ |
