1 O LORD, God of vengeance; [2] shine forth. [1] |

| 2 הִ֭נָּשֵׂא [3] Dechi שֹׁפֵ֣ט הָאָ֑רֶץ [2] Etnachta עַל־גֵּאִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
2 Rise up [3] O judge of the earth; [2] to the proud. [1] |
|||
| 3 עַד־מָתַ֖י רְשָׁעִ֥ים ׀ יְהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta רְשָׁעִ֥ים יַעֲלֹֽזוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
3 How long the wicked O LORD – [2] will the wicked triumph? [1] |

| 4 יַבִּ֣יעוּ יְדַבְּר֣וּ [3] VDechi עָתָ֑ק [2] Etnachta כׇּל־פֹּ֥עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן׃ [1] Silluq |
4 They pour forth speaking [3] arrogance; [2] all who do evil. [1] |

5 Your people O LORD [3] they crush; [2] |

| 6 אַלְמָנָ֣ה וְגֵ֣ר [3] VDechi יַהֲרֹ֑גוּ [2] Etnachta יְרַצֵּֽחוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
6 The widow and the sojourner [3] they kill; [2] they murder. [1] |

| 7 וַ֭יֹּ֣אמְרוּ [3] Dechi לֹ֣א יִרְאֶה־יָּ֑הּ [2] Etnachta אֱלֹהֵ֥י יַעֲקֹֽב׃ [1] Silluq |
7 And they say, [3] “The LORD will not see; [2] the God of Jacob.” [1] |

8 Consider, [3] O senseless among the people; [2] when will you have insight? [1] |

| 9 הֲנֹ֣טַֽע אֹ֭זֶן [3] Dechi הֲלֹ֣א יִשְׁמָ֑ע [2] Etnachta הֲלֹ֣א יַבִּֽיט׃ [1] Silluq |
9 The one who implanted the ear, [3] does he not hear? [2] does he not see? [1] |

| 10 הֲיֹסֵ֣ר גּ֭וֹיִם [3] Dechi הֲלֹ֣א יוֹכִ֑יחַ [2] Etnachta דָּֽעַת׃ [1] Silluq |
10 The one who disciplines the nations, [3] does he not rebuke? [2] knowledge, [1] |

11 the LORD, [3] knows [3] the thoughts of man; [2] |

| 12 אַשְׁרֵ֤י ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh הַגֶּ֣בֶר אֲשֶׁר־תְּיַסְּרֶ֣נּוּ [3] VDechi יָּ֑הּ [2] Etnachta |
12 How blessed [4] is the man whom you discipline, [3] O LORD; [2] |

| 13 לְהַשְׁקִ֣יט ל֭וֹ [3] Dechi מִ֣ימֵי רָ֑ע [2] Etnachta שָֽׁחַת׃ [1] Silluq |
13 to give him rest [3] from days of adversity; [2] a pit. [1] |

| 14 כִּ֤י ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh לֹא־יִטֹּ֣שׁ יְהֹוָ֣ה [3] VDechi עַמּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta לֹ֣א יַעֲזֹֽב׃ [1] Silluq |
14 For [4] the LORD will not abandon [3] his people; [2] he will not forsake. [1] |

| 15 כִּֽי־עַד־צֶ֭דֶק [3] Dechi יָשׁ֣וּב מִשְׁפָּ֑ט [2] Etnachta כׇּל־יִשְׁרֵי־לֵֽב׃ [1] Silluq |
15 For to righteousness, [3] judgment will return; [2] all the upright in heart. [1] |

| 16 מִֽי־יָק֣וּם לִ֭י [3] Dechi עִם־מְרֵעִ֑ים [2] Etnachta עִם־פֹּ֥עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן׃ [1] Silluq |
16 Who will rise up for me [3] against the wicked? [2] against those who do evil? [1] |

| 17 לוּלֵ֣י יְ֭הֹוָה [3] Dechi עֶזְרָ֣תָה לִּ֑י [2] Etnachta שָׁכְנָ֖ה דוּמָ֣ה [2] VRevMug נַפְשִֽׁי׃ [1] Silluq |
17 If not the LORD [3] had been my help; [2] it would have dwelt in silence, [2] my soul. [1] |

| 18 אִם־אָ֭מַרְתִּי [3] Dechi מָ֣טָה רַגְלִ֑י [2] Etnachta יִסְעָדֵֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq |
18 When I said, [3] “My foot is slipping!” [2] it held me up. [1] |

| 19 בְּרֹ֣ב שַׂרְעַפַּ֣י [3] VDechi בְּקִרְבִּ֑י [2] Etnachta יְֽשַׁעַשְׁע֥וּ נַפְשִֽׁי׃ [1] Silluq |
19 In the multitude of my troubling thoughts [3] within me; [2] they delight my soul. [1] |

| 20 הַֽ֭יְחׇבְרְךָ [3] Dechi כִּסֵּ֣א הַוּ֑וֹת [2] Etnachta עֲלֵי־חֹֽק׃ [1] Silluq |
20 Shall it have fellowship with you, [3] a throne of destruction; [2] by decree? [1] |

| 21 יָ֭גוֹדּוּ [3] Dechi עַל־נֶ֣פֶשׁ צַדִּ֑יק [2] Etnachta יַרְשִֽׁיעוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
21 They gather together [3] against the soul of the righteous; [2] they condemn as guilty. [1] |

| 22 וַיְהִ֬י יְהֹוָ֣ה לִ֣י [3] VDechi לְמִשְׂגָּ֑ב [2] Etnachta לְצ֣וּר מַחְסִֽי׃ [1] Silluq |
22 But the LORD has become to me [3] a refuge; [2] the rock of my shelter. [1] |

| 23 וַיָּ֤שֶׁב עֲלֵיהֶ֨ם ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh אֶת־אוֹנָ֗ם [3] Revi'i וּבְרָעָתָ֥ם יַצְמִיתֵ֑ם [2] Etnachta יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ [1] Silluq פ |
23 And he brought back on them [4] their wickedness, [3] and in their evil he will destroy them; [2] the LORD our God. [1] ¶ |
