וְכֹ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 2 1 The revelation of the word of the LORD [3]
is against the land of Hadrach, [2]

and Damascus [2]
is its resting place; [1]

when toward the LORD [3]
is the eye of mankind, [2]

and of all [2]
the tribes of Israel, [1]
2 וְגַם־חֲמָ֖ת [2] Tip'cha
תִּגְבׇּל־בָּ֑הּ [1] Etnachta

צֹ֣ר וְצִיד֔וֹן [2] Zaqef
כִּ֥י חָֽכְמָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha

a stronghold [2]
for herself; [1]

and she has heaped up silver [3 3]
like the dust, [2]

and gold [2]
like the mud of the streets. [1]

1 2 3 4 3 2 2 3 2 5 Ashkelon will see [4]
and it will be afraid, [3]

and Gaza, [3]
and it will be in great anguish, [2]

and Ekron, [2]
for her expectation will be disappointed; [1]

and a king will perish [3 3]
from Gaza, [2]

and Ashkelon, [2]
it will not be inhabited. [1]
6 וְיָשַׁ֥ב מַמְזֵ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
בְּאַשְׁדּ֑וֹד [1] Etnachta

1 2 3 4 3 2 2 3 2 7 And I will take away his blood [4]
from his mouth, [3]

and his abominations [3]
from between his teeth, [2]

and he also will be a remnant, he [2]
for our God; [1]

and he will be [3]
like a leader in Judah, [2]

and Ekron [2]
like a Jebusite. [1]
