2 יָק֣וּם אֱ֭לֹהִים [3] Munach Dechi
יָפ֣וּצוּ אוֹיְבָ֑יו [2] Munach Etnachta
 
וְיָנ֥וּסוּ מְ֝שַׂנְאָ֗יו [2] Merkha ReviaMugrash
מִפָּנָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 1 May God arise! [3]
May his enemies be scattered; [2]
 
and may those who hate him flee [2]
from before him. [1]

may you drive them away; [2]
 
as wax melts [3]
from before a fire, [2]
 
may the wicked perish [2]

יִשְׂמְח֣וּ יַ֭עַלְצוּ [3] Munach Dechi
לִפְנֵ֥י אֱלֹהִ֗ים [3/2] Merkha Revi'a
וְיָשִׂ֥ישׂוּ בְשִׂמְחָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

may they rejoice, may they exult [3]
before God, [3/2]
and may they rejoice with gladness. [1]

in your goodness you provided for the poor, [2]

the ones who proclaim it [2]
