[1]
	²אָסֹ֨ף אָסֵ֜ף [4] Qadma Geresh כֹּ֗ל [3] Revi'a מֵעַ֛ל [3] Tevir פְּנֵ֥י הָאֲדָמָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		²I will utterly sweep away [4] everything [3] from [3] the surface of the ground, [2] says the LORD. [1]
	³אָסֵ֨ף אָדָ֜ם [4] Qadma Geresh וּבְהֵמָ֗ה [3] Revi'a אָסֵ֤ף עוֹף־הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וּדְגֵ֣י הַיָּ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef וְהַמַּכְשֵׁל֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha אֶת־הָרְשָׁעִ֑ים [1] Etnachta וְהִכְרַתִּ֣י אֶת־הָאָדָ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a מֵעַ֛ל [3] Tevir פְּנֵ֥י הָאֲדָמָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		³I will sweep away man [4] and animal. [3] I will sweep away the birds of the sky [3] and the fish of the sea, [2] and the heaps of rubble [2] with the wicked; [1] and I will cut off man [3] from [3] the surface of the ground, [2] says the LORD. [1]
	⁴וְנָטִ֤יתִי יָדִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta עַל־יְהוּדָ֔ה [2] Zaqef וְעַ֖ל [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־יוֹשְׁבֵ֣י יְרוּשָׁלָ֑͏ִם [1] Munach Etnachta וְהִכְרַתִּ֞י [4] Gershayim מִן־הַמָּק֤וֹם הַזֶּה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אֶת־שְׁאָ֣ר הַבַּ֔עַל [2] Munach Zaqef אֶת־שֵׁ֥ם הַכְּמָרִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha עִם־הַכֹּהֲנִֽים׃ [1] Silluq		⁴And I will stretch out my hand [3] against Judah, [2] and against [2] all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; [1] and I will cut off [4] from this place [3] the remnant of Baal, [2] the name of the pagan priests [2] with the priests, [1]
	⁵וְאֶת־הַמִּשְׁתַּחֲוִ֥ים עַל־הַגַּגּ֖וֹת [2] Merkha Tip'cha לִצְבָ֣א הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם [1] Munach Etnachta וְאֶת־הַמִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוִים֙ [3] Pashta הַנִּשְׁבָּעִ֣ים לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef וְהַנִּשְׁבָּעִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha בְּמַלְכָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq		⁵and those who bow down on the roofs [2] to the host of the heavens; [1] and those who bow down [3] who swear by the LORD, [2] and also swear [2] by their king, [1]
	⁶וְאֶת־הַנְּסוֹגִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha מֵאַחֲרֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta וַאֲשֶׁ֛ר [3] Tevir לֹא־בִקְשׁ֥וּ אֶת־יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְלֹ֥א דְרָשֻֽׁהוּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁶and those who have turned back [2] from following the LORD; [1] and those who [3] have not sought the LORD, [2] and have not inquired after him. [1]
	⁷הַ֕ס [2] ZaqefG מִפְּנֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha אֲדֹנָ֣י יֱהֹוִ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta כִּ֤י קָרוֹב֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta י֣וֹם יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef כִּֽי־הֵכִ֧ין יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir זֶ֖בַח [2] Tip'cha הִקְדִּ֥ישׁ קְרֻאָֽיו׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁷Be silent [2] before [2] the Lord GOD; [1] for near [3] is the day of the LORD, [2] for the LORD has prepared [3] a sacrifice. [2] He has consecrated those he has invited. [1]
	⁸וְהָיָ֗ה [3] Revi'a בְּיוֹם֙ [3] Pashta זֶ֣בַח יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef וּפָקַדְתִּ֥י עַל־הַשָּׂרִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְעַל־בְּנֵ֣י הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ [1] Munach Etnachta וְעַ֥ל כׇּל־הַלֹּבְשִׁ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha מַלְבּ֥וּשׁ נׇכְרִֽי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁸And it will be [3] on the day [3] of the sacrifice of the LORD, [2] that I will visit judgement on the princes [2] and on the sons of the king; [1] and on all who are clothed [2] with foreign clothing. [1]
	⁹וּפָקַדְתִּ֗י [3] Revi'a עַ֧ל כׇּל־הַדּוֹלֵ֛ג [3] Darga Tevir עַל־הַמִּפְתָּ֖ן [2] Tip'cha בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֑וּא [1] Munach Etnachta הַֽמְמַלְאִ֛ים [3] Tevir בֵּ֥ית אֲדֹנֵיהֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha חָמָ֥ס וּמִרְמָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁹And I will visit judgement [3] on all who leap [3] over the threshold [2] on that day; [1] who fill [3] the house of their master [2] with violence and deceit. [1]
	¹⁰וְהָיָה֩ בַיּ֨וֹם הַה֜וּא [4] TelishaQ Qadma Geresh נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'a ק֤וֹל צְעָקָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מִשַּׁ֣עַר הַדָּגִ֔ים [2] Munach Zaqef וִֽילָלָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha מִן־הַמִּשְׁנֶ֑ה [1] Etnachta וְשֶׁ֥בֶר גָּד֖וֹל [2] Merkha Tip'cha מֵהַגְּבָעֽוֹת׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁰And there will be on that day [4] says the LORD, [3] the sound of a cry of distress [3] from the fish gate, [2] and wailing [2] from the second quarter; [1] and a great crashing [2] from the hills. [1]
	¹¹הֵילִ֖ילוּ [2] Tip'cha יֹֽשְׁבֵ֣י הַמַּכְתֵּ֑שׁ [1] Munach Etnachta כִּ֤י נִדְמָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta כׇּל־עַ֣ם כְּנַ֔עַן [2] Munach Zaqef נִכְרְת֖וּ [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־נְטִ֥ילֵי כָֽסֶף׃ [1] Merkha Silluq ס		¹¹Wail, [2] O inhabitants of Maktesh; [1] for it will be destroyed [3] all the people of Canaan. [2] They will be cut off, [2] all those who weigh silver. [1] §
	¹²וְהָיָה֙ [3] Pashta בָּעֵ֣ת הַהִ֔יא [2] Munach Zaqef אֲחַפֵּ֥שׂ אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם [2] Merkha Tip'cha בַּנֵּר֑וֹת [1] Etnachta וּפָקַדְתִּ֣י עַל־הָאֲנָשִׁ֗ים [3] Munach Revi'a הַקֹּֽפְאִים֙ [3] Pashta עַל־שִׁמְרֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef הָאֹֽמְרִים֙ [3] Pashta בִּלְבָבָ֔ם [2] Zaqef לֹא־יֵיטִ֥יב יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְלֹ֥א יָרֵֽעַ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹²And it will be [3] at that time, [2] I will search Jerusalem [2] with lamps; [1] and I will visit judgement on the people [3] who are settled [3] on their dregs, [2] who say [3] in their heart, [2] “The LORD will not do good, [2] and he will not do harm.” [1]
	¹³וְהָיָ֤ה חֵילָם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta לִמְשִׁסָּ֔ה [2] Zaqef וּבָתֵּיהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha לִשְׁמָמָ֑ה [1] Etnachta וּבָנ֤וּ בָתִּים֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְלֹ֣א יֵשֵׁ֔בוּ [2] Munach Zaqef וְנָטְע֣וּ כְרָמִ֔ים [2] Munach Zaqef וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁתּ֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֶת־יֵינָֽם׃ [1] Silluq		¹³And their wealth will become [3] plunder, [2] and their houses [2] a desolation; [1] and they will build houses [3] but they will not dwell in them, [2] and they will plant vineyards [2] but they will not drink [2] their wine. [1]
	¹⁴קָר֤וֹב יוֹם־יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta הַגָּד֔וֹל [2] Zaqef קָר֖וֹב [2] Tip'cha וּמַהֵ֣ר מְאֹ֑ד [1] Munach Etnachta ק֚וֹל [3] Yetiv י֣וֹם יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef מַ֥ר צֹרֵ֖חַ [2] Merkha Tip'cha שָׁ֥ם גִּבּֽוֹר׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁴Near is the day of the LORD, [3] the great. [2] It is near [2] and hurries greatly. [1] The sound [3] of the day of the LORD [2] is bitter with shouting out [2] there of a warrior. [1]
	¹⁵י֥וֹם עֶבְרָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha הַיּ֣וֹם הַה֑וּא [1] Munach Etnachta י֧וֹם צָרָ֣ה וּמְצוּקָ֗ה [3] Darga Munach Revi'a י֤וֹם שֹׁאָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וּמְשׁוֹאָ֔ה [2] Zaqef י֥וֹם חֹ֙שֶׁךְ֙ [3] Merkha Pashta וַאֲפֵלָ֔ה [2] Zaqef י֥וֹם עָנָ֖ן [2] Merkha Tip'cha וַעֲרָפֶֽל׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁵A day of wrath [2] will be that day; [1] a day of trouble and distress, [3] a day of devastation [3] and desolation, [2] a day of darkness [3] and gloom, [2] a day of clouds [2] and thick darkness, [1]
	¹⁶י֥וֹם שׁוֹפָ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha וּתְרוּעָ֑ה [1] Etnachta עַ֚ל [3] Yetiv הֶעָרִ֣ים הַבְּצֻר֔וֹת [2] Munach Zaqef וְעַ֖ל [2] Tip'cha הַפִּנּ֥וֹת הַגְּבֹהֽוֹת׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁶a day of shofar [2] and battle cry; [1] against [3] the fortified cities, [2] and against [2] the high battlements. [1]
	¹⁷וַהֲצֵרֹ֣תִי לָאָדָ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a וְהָֽלְכוּ֙ [3] Pashta כַּֽעִוְרִ֔ים [2] Zaqef כִּ֥י לַֽיהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha חָטָ֑אוּ [1] Etnachta וְשֻׁפַּ֤ךְ דָּמָם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta כֶּעָפָ֔ר [2] Zaqef וּלְחֻמָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha כַּגְּלָלִֽים׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁷I will bring distress on men, [3] and they will walk [3] like the blind, [2] because against the LORD [2] they have sinned; [1] and their blood will be poured out [3] like dust, [2] and their bowels [2] like dung. [1]
	¹⁸גַּם־כַּסְפָּ֨ם גַּם־זְהָבָ֜ם [4] Qadma Geresh לֹא־יוּכַ֣ל לְהַצִּילָ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a בְּיוֹם֙ [3] Pashta עֶבְרַ֣ת יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef וּבְאֵשׁ֙ [3] Pashta קִנְאָת֔וֹ [2] Zaqef תֵּאָכֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־הָאָ֑רֶץ [1] Etnachta כִּֽי־כָלָ֤ה אַךְ־נִבְהָלָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta יַעֲשֶׂ֔ה [2] Zaqef אֵ֥ת כׇּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq ס		¹⁸And their silver and their gold [4] will not be able to deliver them [3] on the day [3] of the wrath of the LORD, [2] but in the fire [3] of his jealousy [2] it will be consumed [2] all the land; [1] for complete and terrible destruction [3] he will make [2] of all those who dwell [2] in the land. 	³בַּקְּשׁ֤וּ אֶת־יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta כׇּל־עַנְוֵ֣י הָאָ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef אֲשֶׁ֥ר מִשְׁפָּט֖וֹ [2] Merkha Tip'cha פָּעָ֑לוּ [1] Etnachta בַּקְּשׁוּ־צֶ֙דֶק֙ [3] Pashta בַּקְּשׁ֣וּ עֲנָוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef אוּלַי֙ [3] Pashta תִּסָּ֣תְר֔וּ [2] Munach Zaqef בְּי֖וֹם [2] Tip'cha אַף־יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		³Seek the LORD [3] O all humble of the land, [2] who his ordinances [2] they have kept. [1] Seek righteousness. [3] Seek humility. [2] Perhaps [3] you will be hidden, [2] on the day [2] of the anger of the LORD. [1]
	⁴כִּ֤י עַזָּה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta עֲזוּבָ֣ה תִֽהְיֶ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef וְאַשְׁקְל֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha לִשְׁמָמָ֑ה [1] Etnachta אַשְׁדּ֗וֹד [3] Revi'a בַּֽצׇּהֳרַ֙יִם֙ [3] Pashta יְגָ֣רְשׁ֔וּהָ [2] Munach Zaqef וְעֶקְר֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha תֵּעָקֵֽר׃ [1] Silluq ס		⁴For Gaza, [3] it will be abandoned, [2] and Ashkelon [2] a desolation. [1] Ashdod, [3] at noonday [3] they will drive it out, [2] and Ekron, [2] it will be rooted up. [1] §
	⁵ה֗וֹי [3] Revi'a יֹ֥שְׁבֵ֛י [3] Merkha Tevir חֶ֥בֶל הַיָּ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha גּ֣וֹי כְּרֵתִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta דְּבַר־יְהֹוָ֣ה עֲלֵיכֶ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a כְּנַ֙עַן֙ [3] Pashta אֶ֣רֶץ פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים [2] Munach Zaqef וְהַאֲבַדְתִּ֖יךְ [2] Tip'cha מֵאֵ֥ין יוֹשֵֽׁב׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁵Woe to [3] the inhabitants [3] of the sea coast, [2] the nation of the Kerethites! [1] The word of the LORD is against you, [3] O Canaan [3] the land of the Philistines, [2] and I will destroy you, [2] that there will be no inhabitant. [1]
	⁶וְֽהָיְתָ֞ה [4] Gershayim חֶ֣בֶל הַיָּ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a נְוֺ֛ת [3] Tevir כְּרֹ֥ת רֹעִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְגִדְר֥וֹת צֹֽאן׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁶And it will be, [4] the sea coast, [3] pastures [3] of meadows of shepherds, [2] and folds of sheep. [1]
	⁷וְהָ֣יָה חֶ֗בֶל [3] Munach Revi'a לִשְׁאֵרִ֛ית [3] Tevir בֵּ֥ית יְהוּדָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha עֲלֵיהֶ֣ם יִרְע֑וּן [1] Munach Etnachta בְּבָתֵּ֣י אַשְׁקְל֗וֹן [3] Munach Revi'a בָּעֶ֙רֶב֙ [3] Pashta יִרְבָּצ֔וּן [2] Zaqef כִּ֧י יִפְקְדֵ֛ם [3] Darga Tevir יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְשָׁ֥ב שבותם *שְׁבִיתָֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁷And the region will belong [3] to the remnant [3] of the house of Judah. [2] On them they will graze. [1] In the houses of Ashkelon, [3] in the evening [3] they will lie down, [2] for he will visit them [3] the LORD their God, [2] and he will restore them from captivity. [1]
	⁸שָׁמַ֙עְתִּי֙ [3] Pashta חֶרְפַּ֣ת מוֹאָ֔ב [2] Munach Zaqef וְגִדֻּפֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha בְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֑וֹן [1] Munach Etnachta אֲשֶׁ֤ר חֵֽרְפוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אֶת־עַמִּ֔י [2] Zaqef וַיַּגְדִּ֖ילוּ [2] Tip'cha עַל־גְּבוּלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq		⁸I have heard [3] the reproach of Moab, [2] and the insults [2] of the children of Ammon; [1] with which they have reproached [3] my people, [2] and they have magnified themselves [2] against their border. [1]
	⁹לָכֵ֣ן חַי־אָ֡נִי [4] Munach Pazer נְאֻם֩ יְהֹוָ֨ה צְבָא֜וֹת [4] TelishaQ Qadma Geresh אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל [3] Munach Revi'a כִּי־מוֹאָ֞ב [4] Gershayim כִּסְדֹ֤ם תִּֽהְיֶה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וּבְנֵ֤י עַמּוֹן֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta כַּעֲמֹרָ֔ה [2] Zaqef מִמְשַׁ֥ק חָר֛וּל [3] Merkha Tevir וּמִכְרֵה־מֶ֥לַח וּשְׁמָמָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha עַד־עוֹלָ֑ם [1] Etnachta שְׁאֵרִ֤ית עַמִּי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta יְבׇזּ֔וּם [2] Zaqef וְיֶ֥תֶר גּוֹיִ֖ [2] Merkha Tip'cha יִנְחָלֽוּם׃ [1] Silluq		⁹Therefore as I live, [4] says the LORD of Hosts [4] the God of Israel, [3] surely Moab, [4] it will be like Sodom, [3] and the children of Ammon [3] like Gomorrah, [2] a place possessed by nettles [3] and a salt pit and a waste [2] forever. [1] The remnant of my people, [3] they will plunder them, [2] and the rest of my nation, [2] they will inherit them. [1]
	¹⁰זֹ֥את לָהֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha תַּ֣חַת גְּאוֹנָ֑ם [1] Munach Etnachta כִּ֤י חֵֽרְפוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וַיַּגְדִּ֔לוּ [2] Zaqef עַל־עַ֖ם [2] Tip'cha יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁰This they will have [2] in place of their pride; [1] for they reproached [3] and they magnified themselves [2] against the people [2] of the LORD of Hosts. [1]
	¹¹נוֹרָ֤א יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef כִּ֣י רָזָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef אֵ֖ת [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־אֱלֹהֵ֣י הָאָ֑רֶץ [1] Munach Etnachta וְיִשְׁתַּֽחֲווּ־לוֹ֙ [3] Pashta אִ֣ישׁ מִמְּקוֹמ֔וֹ [2] Munach Zaqef כֹּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha אִיֵּ֥י הַגּוֹיִֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹¹The LORD will be awesome [3] to them, [2] for he will famish [2] -- [2] all the gods of the land; [1] and they will bow down to him, [3] everyone from his own place, [2] all [2] the shores of the nations. [1]
	¹²גַּם־אַתֶּ֣ם כּוּשִׁ֔ים [2] Munach Zaqef חַֽלְלֵ֥י חַרְבִּ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha הֵֽמָּה׃ [1] Silluq		¹²Also you Cushites, [2] slain by my sword [2] they will be. [1]
	¹³וְיֵ֤ט יָדוֹ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta עַל־צָפ֔וֹן [2] Zaqef וִֽיאַבֵּ֖ד [2] Tip'cha אֶת־אַשּׁ֑וּר [1] Etnachta וְיָשֵׂ֤ם אֶת־נִֽינְוֵה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta לִשְׁמָמָ֔ה [2] Zaqef צִיָּ֖ה [2] Tip'cha כַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ [1] Silluq		¹³And he will stretch out his hand [3] against the north, [2] and he will destroy [2] Assyria; [1] and he will make Nineveh [3] a desolation, [2] a dry region [2] like the wilderness. 	¹⁴וְרָבְצ֨וּ בְתוֹכָ֤הּ עֲדָרִים֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta כׇּל־חַיְתוֹ־ג֔וֹי [2] Zaqef גַּם־קָאַת֙ [3] Pashta גַּם־קִפֹּ֔ד [2] Zaqef בְּכַפְתֹּרֶ֖יהָ [2] Tip'cha יָלִ֑ינוּ [1] Etnachta ק֠וֹל [4] TelishaG יְשׁוֹרֵ֤ר בַּֽחַלּוֹן֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta חֹ֣רֶב בַּסַּ֔ף [2] Munach Zaqef כִּ֥י אַרְזָ֖הֿ [2] Merkha Tip'cha עֵרָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁴And herds will lie down in the middle of her, [3] all the beasts of the nations. [2] Both desert owl [3] and hedgehog, [2] in its capitals [2] they will lodge. [1] A voice, [4] it will hoot in the window, [3] rubble will be on the threshold, [2] for the cedar work [2] he will lay bare. [1]

	²לֹ֤א שָֽׁמְעָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בְּק֔וֹל [2] Zaqef לֹ֥א לָקְחָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha מוּסָ֑ר [1] Etnachta בַּֽיהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta לֹ֣א בָטָ֔חָה [2] Munach Zaqef אֶל־אֱלֹהֶ֖יהָ [2] Tip'cha לֹ֥א קָרֵֽבָה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²She hasn’t listened [3] to a voice. [2] She hasn’t accepted [2] correction. [1] In the LORD [3] she hasn’t trusted. [2] To her God [2] she hasn’t drawn near. [1]
	³שָׂרֶ֣יהָ בְקִרְבָּ֔הּ [2] Munach Zaqef אֲרָי֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha שֹׁאֲגִ֑ים [1] Etnachta שֹׁפְטֶ֙יהָ֙ [3] Pashta זְאֵ֣בֵי עֶ֔רֶב [2] Munach Zaqef לֹ֥א גָרְמ֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha לַבֹּֽקֶר׃ [1] Silluq		³Her officials within her [2] are lions [2] roaring. [1] Her judges [3] are wolves of the evening, [2] which leave nothing [2] for the morning. [1]
	⁴נְבִיאֶ֙יהָ֙ [3] Pashta פֹּֽחֲזִ֔ים [2] Zaqef אַנְשֵׁ֖י [2] Tip'cha בֹּֽגְד֑וֹת [1] Etnachta כֹּהֲנֶ֙יהָ֙ [3] Pashta חִלְּלוּ־קֹ֔דֶשׁ [2] Zaqef חָמְס֖וּ [2] Tip'cha תּוֹרָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		⁴Her prophets [3] are arrogant, [2] men [2] of treachery. [1] Her priests, [3] they have profaned the sanctuary. [2] They have done violence to [2] the law. [1]
	⁵יְהֹוָ֤ה צַדִּיק֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בְּקִרְבָּ֔הּ [2] Zaqef לֹ֥א יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha עַוְלָ֑ה [1] Etnachta בַּבֹּ֨קֶר בַּבֹּ֜קֶר [4] Qadma Geresh מִשְׁפָּט֨וֹ יִתֵּ֤ן לָאוֹר֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta לֹ֣א נֶעְדָּ֔ר [2] Munach Zaqef וְלֹא־יוֹדֵ֥עַ עַוָּ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha בֹּֽשֶׁת׃ [1] Silluq		⁵The LORD is righteous [3] within her. [2] He does no [2] injustice. [1] Morning by morning [4] his justice he brings to the light, [3] he doesn’t fail, [2] but the unrighteous know no [2] shame. [1]
	⁶הִכְרַ֣תִּי גוֹיִ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a נָשַׁ֙מּוּ֙ [3] Pashta פִּנּוֹתָ֔ם [2] Zaqef הֶחֱרַ֥בְתִּי חוּצוֹתָ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha מִבְּלִ֣י עוֹבֵ֑ר [1] Munach Etnachta נִצְדּ֧וּ עָרֵיהֶ֛ם [3] Darga Tevir מִבְּלִי־אִ֖ישׁ [2] Tip'cha מֵאֵ֥ין יוֹשֵֽׁב׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁶I have cut off nations. [3] They are desolate, [3] their battlements. [2] I have made desolate their streets, [2] so no one passes by. [1] Their cities have been laid waste, [3] so there is no one, [2] so there is no inhabitant. [1]
	⁷אָמַ֜רְתִּי [4] Geresh אַךְ־תִּֽירְאִ֤י אוֹתִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta תִּקְחִ֣י מוּסָ֔ר [2] Munach Zaqef וְלֹֽא־יִכָּרֵ֣ת מְעוֹנָ֔הּ [2] Munach Zaqef כֹּ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־פָּקַ֖דְתִּי [2] Merkha Tip'cha עָלֶ֑יהָ [1] Etnachta אָכֵן֙ [3] Pashta הִשְׁכִּ֣ימוּ הִשְׁחִ֔יתוּ [2] Munach Zaqef כֹּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha עֲלִילוֹתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq		⁷I said, [4] “Just fear me. [3] Accept correction, [2] and her dwelling will not be cut off, [2] all that I have appointed [2] against her.” [1] But [3] rising early they corrupted [2] all [2] their practices. [1]
	⁸לָכֵ֤ן חַכּוּ־לִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef לְי֖וֹם [2] Tip'cha קוּמִ֣י לְעַ֑ד [1] Munach Etnachta כִּ֣י מִשְׁפָּטִי֩ לֶאֱסֹ֨ף גּוֹיִ֜ם [4] Munach TelishaQ Qadma Geresh לְקׇבְצִ֣י מַמְלָכ֗וֹת [3] Munach Revi'a לִשְׁפֹּ֨ךְ עֲלֵיהֶ֤ם זַעְמִי֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta כֹּ֚ל [3] Yetiv חֲר֣וֹן אַפִּ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef כִּ֚י [3] Yetiv בְּאֵ֣שׁ קִנְאָתִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef תֵּאָכֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq		⁸“Therefore wait for me” [3] says the LORD, [2] “for the day [2] that I stand up to testify, [1] for my determination is to gather the nations [4] I, to assemble kingdoms, [3] to pour out on them my indignation, [3] all [3] the burning of my anger, [2] for [3] in the fire of my jealousy [2] it will be consumed, [2] all the earth. 	⁹כִּֽי־אָ֛ז [3] Tevir אֶהְפֹּ֥ךְ אֶל־עַמִּ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha שָׂפָ֣ה בְרוּרָ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta לִקְרֹ֤א כֻלָּם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בְּשֵׁ֣ם יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef לְעׇבְד֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha שְׁכֶ֥ם אֶחָֽד׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁹For then [3] I will restore to peoples [2] a purified lip; [1] that all of them may call [3] on the name of the LORD, [2] to serve him [2] shoulder to shoulder. [1]
	¹⁰מֵעֵ֖בֶר [2] Tip'cha לְנַהֲרֵי־כ֑וּשׁ [1] Etnachta עֲתָרַי֙ [3] Pashta בַּת־פּוּצַ֔י [2] Zaqef יוֹבִל֖וּן [2] Tip'cha מִנְחָתִֽי׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁰From beyond [2] the rivers of Cush; [1] my worshipers, [3] the daughter of my scattered ones, [2] they will bring [2] my offering. [1]
	¹¹בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא [3] Munach Revi'a לֹ֤א תֵב֙וֹשִׁי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מִכֹּ֣ל עֲלִילֹתַ֔יִךְ [2] Munach Zaqef אֲשֶׁ֥ר פָּשַׁ֖עַתְּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha בִּ֑י [1] Etnachta כִּי־אָ֣ז ׀ [4] Munach Legarmeh אָסִ֣יר מִקִּרְבֵּ֗ךְ [3] Munach Revi'a עַלִּיזֵי֙ [3] Pashta גַּאֲוָתֵ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef וְלֹא־תוֹסִ֧פִי לְגׇבְהָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir ע֖וֹד [2] Tip'cha בְּהַ֥ר קׇדְשִֽׁי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹¹On that day, [3] you will not be ashamed [3] from all your practices, [2] by which you have transgressed [2] against me; [1] for then [4] I will remove from among you [3] your exulting [3] proud ones, [2] and you will no longer be arrogant [3] again [2] on my holy mountain. [1]
	¹²וְהִשְׁאַרְתִּ֣י בְקִרְבֵּ֔ךְ [2] Munach Zaqef עַ֥ם עָנִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha וָדָ֑ל [1] Etnachta וְחָס֖וּ [2] Tip'cha בְּשֵׁ֥ם יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹²But I will leave among you [2] a people afflicted [2] and poor; [1] and they will take refuge [2] in the name of the LORD. [1]
	¹³שְׁאֵרִ֨ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל [4] Qadma Geresh לֹֽא־יַעֲשׂ֤וּ עַוְלָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְלֹֽא־יְדַבְּר֣וּ כָזָ֔ב [2] Munach Zaqef וְלֹֽא־יִמָּצֵ֥א בְּפִיהֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha לְשׁ֣וֹן תַּרְמִ֑ית [1] Munach Etnachta כִּֽי־הֵ֛מָּה [3] Tevir יִרְע֥וּ וְרָבְצ֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְאֵ֥ין מַחֲרִֽיד׃ [1] Merkha Silluq פ		¹³The remnant of Israel [4] will not commit injustice, [3] and they will not speak lies, [2] and it will not be found in their mouth [2] a deceitful tongue; [1] for they, [3] they will graze and they will lie down, [2] and there will be no one to disturb them.” [1] ¶
	¹⁴רׇנִּי֙ [3] Pashta בַּת־צִיּ֔וֹן [2] Zaqef הָרִ֖יעוּ [2] Tip'cha יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל [1] Etnachta שִׂמְחִ֤י וְעׇלְזִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בְּכׇל־לֵ֔ב [2] Zaqef בַּ֖ת [2] Tip'cha יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁴Shout for joy, [3] O daughter of Zion! [2] Shout, [2] O Israel! [1] Rejoice and exult [3] with all (your) heart, [2] O daughter [2] of Jerusalem. [1]
	¹⁵הֵסִ֤יר יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מִשְׁפָּטַ֔יִךְ [2] Zaqef פִּנָּ֖ה [2] Tip'cha אֹֽיְבֵ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta מֶ֣לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל ׀ יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Munach Mapakh Pashta בְּקִרְבֵּ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef לֹא־תִֽירְאִ֥י רָ֖ע [2] Merkha Tip'cha עֽוֹד׃ [1] Silluq פ		¹⁵The LORD has taken away [3] your judgments. [2] He has cleared away [2] your enemy. [1] The King of Israel the LORD [3] is among you. [2] You will not fear evil [2] any more. [1] ¶
	¹⁶בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא [2] Munach Zaqef יֵאָמֵ֥ר לִירֽוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם [2] Merkha Tip'cha אַל־תִּירָ֑אִי [1] Etnachta צִיּ֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha אַל־יִרְפּ֥וּ יָדָֽיִךְ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁶On that day, [2] it will be said to Jerusalem [2] “Don’t be afraid. [1] O Zion, [2] don’t let your hands be weak.” [1]
	¹⁷יְהֹוָ֧ה אֱלֹהַ֛יִךְ [3] Darga Tevir בְּקִרְבֵּ֖ךְ [2] Tip'cha גִּבּ֣וֹר יוֹשִׁ֑יעַ [1] Munach Etnachta יָשִׂ֨ישׂ עָלַ֜יִךְ [4] Qadma Geresh בְּשִׂמְחָ֗ה [3] Revi'a יַֽחֲרִישׁ֙ [3] Pashta בְּאַ֣הֲבָת֔וֹ [2] Munach Zaqef יָגִ֥יל עָלַ֖יִךְ [2] Merkha Tip'cha בְּרִנָּֽה׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁷The LORD your God [3] is among you, [2] a mighty one who will give victory. [1] He will rejoice over you [4] with joy. [3] He will calm you [3] in his love. [2] He will rejoice over you [2] with singing. [1]
	¹⁸נוּגֵ֧י מִמּוֹעֵ֛ד [3] Darga Tevir אָסַ֖פְתִּי [2] Tip'cha מִמֵּ֣ךְ הָי֑וּ [1] Munach Etnachta מַשְׂאֵ֥ת עָלֶ֖יהָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha חֶרְפָּֽה׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁸Those grieved over (no longer having) an appointed feast, [3] I will gather, [2] who came from you; [1] who for honoring it [2] have suffered reproach. [1]
	¹⁹הִנְנִ֥י עֹשֶׂ֛ה [3] Merkha Tevir אֶת־כׇּל־מְעַנַּ֖יִךְ [2] Tip'cha בָּעֵ֣ת הַהִ֑יא [1] Munach Etnachta וְהוֹשַׁעְתִּ֣י אֶת־הַצֹּלֵעָ֗ה [3] Munach Revi'a וְהַנִּדָּחָה֙ [3] Pashta אֲקַבֵּ֔ץ [2] Zaqef וְשַׂמְתִּים֙ [3] Pashta לִתְהִלָּ֣ה וּלְשֵׁ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef בְּכׇל־הָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Tip'cha בׇּשְׁתָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁹Behold, I will deal [3] with all who afflicted you [2] at that time; [1] and I will save the lame, [3] and the outcast [3] I will gather; [2] and I will give them [3] praise and honor, [2] which in all the earth [2] was their shame. [1]
