Literal Version

11:33 The eye is the body’s lamp

(Mat. 5:15)

33[ref]No one lights a lamp and then hides it somewhere or puts it under a basket, but rather they put it on a lampstand so they everyone entering the room can see the light from it. 34Your eyes are like the lamp for your body. Whenever your eyes are healthy, your entire body will be bright, but when your eyes are evil, your body is also dark, 35so take care in case the light in you has gone dark. 36Therefore if your whole body is bright without any dark areas, it will be bright all over, like when a lamp shines on you to illuminate you.

33no_one having_lit a_lamp is_putting it in a_hidden_place, nor under the basket, but on the lampstand, in_order_that the ones entering_in may_be_seeing the light.
34The lamp of_the body is the eye of_you.
Whenever the eye of_you may_be healthy, all the body of_you is also bright, but when evil may_be, the body of_you is also dark.
35Therefore be_looking_out, lest the light which in you is darkness.
36Therefore if the whole body of_you is bright, not having any dark part, it_will_ all _be bright, as whenever the lamp may_be_illuminating you the with_shining.
