9:19 God’s anger and his mercy

19 So now you’ll ask me: Then how can God blame us, because how could anyone resist whatever he wants to do? 20 [ref]Oh human, it is you who’s talking back to God? Can the creature that was made talk back to the maker and ask: ‘Why did you make me like this?’ 21 Doesn’t the potter have the right to split the lump of clay and make a beautiful bowl out of half and a chamber pot out of the other half?

22 What if God wanted to display his severe anger and to demonstrate his power, but then showed great patience to the objects of his severe anger that he’d prepared for destruction? 23 What if he did that in order to make the riches of his greatness known to the objects of his mercy that he’d prepared for honour? 24 Yes, he even called us, not only from among the Jews but also from non-Jews. 25 The prophet Hosea even wrote:[ref]

“I’ll be calling those ‘my people’

who’re not my people,

and I’ll be calling as ‘my love’

the woman who was never loved.

26 [ref]In the place where they said,

‘You’re not my people’

that’s where they’ll be called ‘children of the living God’.”

27 [ref]The prophet Isayah called out about Israel: ‘Even though the Israeli’s are as numerous as grains of sand, only the minority of them will be saved 28 because the master will be abbreviating and terminating his message on the earth.’ 29 [ref]As Isayah had previously written: ‘If the master of armies hadn’t left us some descendants, we would have become like the peoples of Sodom and Gomorrah.’

19 You _will _be _saying therefore to _me:
Therefore why still he _is _blaming?
For/Because against _the the_counsel of _him who has _resisted?
20 Oh person, indeed _rather you who are, the one answering _back to_ the _god?
Not will _be _saying the formed thing, to _the one having _formed it:
Why me you _made thus?
21 Or not is _having authority the potter over _the clay, out _of the same lump to _make one on _one _hand to honour vessel, on _the _other _hand one to dishonour?
22 And if wanting the god to _display his severe _anger, and to _make _known the powerful of _him, bore in much patience, the_vessels of _severe _anger having _been _prepared for destruction, 23 and in _order _that he _may _make _known the riches of _the glory of _him on the_vessels of _mercy, which he _previously _prepared for glory, 24 whom even he _called, us not only from the_Youdaiōns, but also from the_pagans?
25 As also in the Hosea he _is _saying:
I _will _be _calling the not people of _me:
The_people of _me, and the woman not having _been _loved:
Having _been _loved.
26 And it _will _be in the place where it _was _said to _them:
Not the_people of _me you _all are, there they _will _be _being _called sons of_god the_living.
27 And Aʸsaias/(Yəshaˊə^yāh) is _crying _out concerning the Israaʸl/(Yisərā^ʼēl):
If may _be the number of _the sons of _Israaʸl/(Yisərā^ʼēl), as the sand of _the sea, the remnant will _be _being _saved.
28 For/Because ^his_message completing and cutting _short will _be _executing the_master on the earth.
29 And as has _previously _said Aʸsaias:
Except not/lest the_master of _armies abandoned to _us descendants, like Sodoma/(Şədom) would we _were _become, and like Gomorra/(ˊAmorāh) would we _were _likened.
