In several passages in the book of Revelation, ζῷον[b] ‘a living being’ ({D:12.32}) is employed to refer to supernatural beings at God’s throne (note {S:06600400600000-06600400900000} which in many ways is similar to the description of ‘living creatures’ in {S:02600100500000}f).
