Hebrew wordlink #303590

← עַמִּי ⌂ → Isa 65 ║ ═

Key: khaki:verbs.
Bold in each verse marks the word or words linked to that example’s source word, where an alignment is available.
Note: Automatic aligning of the OET-RV to the LV is done by some temporary software, hence the RV alignments are incomplete (and may occasionally be wrong). An unbolded RV line may have no alignment for this word. See the OET key for other text colours and marks.

OET-LV: 22 Not they_will_build and_another he_will_dwell not they_will_plant and_another he_will_eat if/because will_be_like_the_days_of the_tree the_days_of my_people_of_my and_the_work_of their_hands_of_their ones_of_my_chosen they_will_use_to_the_full. (ISA 65:22)

OET-RV: 22 They won’t build then end up having someone else live there,
⇔ ≈ and they won’t plant then end up with someone else eating the produce,
⇔ because my people will live as long as trees,
⇔ ≈ and my chosen ones will fully enjoy everything they’ve worked at. (ISA 65:22)

Note: These word pages enable you to click through to the Open Scriptures Hebrew Bible (OSHB) that the Open English Translation Old Testament is translated from. The OSHB is based on the Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC). (We are still searching for a digitized facsimile of the Leningradensis manuscript that we can easily link to. See this list and this archive for now.) This is all part of the commitment of the Open English Translation team to be transparent about all levels of the Bible translation process right back to the original manuscripts.
