Open English Translation (OET)

Hebrew wordlink #66780

← אִתְּכֶם ⌂ → Num 9 ║ ═

Key: khaki:verbs.
Bold in each verse marks the word or words linked to that example’s source word, where an alignment is available.
Note: Automatic aligning of the OET-RV to the LV is done by some temporary software, hence the RV alignments are incomplete (and may occasionally be wrong). An unbolded RV line may have no alignment for this word. See the OET key for other text colours and marks.

OET-LV: 14 And_because/when he_will_sojourn with_you(pl) a_sojourner and_he_will_observe a_passover to/for_YHWH according_to_the_regulation_of the_passover and_according_to_of_its_judgement so he_will_do a_regulation one it_will_belong to/for_you(pl) and_to_sojourner and_to_the_native-born_of the_earth/land. (NUM 9:14)

OET-RV: 14 If an outsider is living among you and celebrates the ‘pass-over’, they must also do it according to all the same instructions—there’s only one way to do it whether it’s you all, or a foreigner, or a native of the land. (NUM 9:14)

Note: These word pages enable you to click through to the Open Scriptures Hebrew Bible (OSHB) that the Open English Translation Old Testament is translated from. The OSHB is based on the Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC). (We are still searching for a digitized facsimile of the Leningradensis manuscript that we can easily link to. See this list and this archive for now.) This is all part of the commitment of the Open English Translation team to be transparent about all levels of the Bible translation process right back to the original manuscripts.
