They also wrote there in a complete way the great things that Mordecai did because the king had promoted him to a very important position. 3 Mordecai the Jew was able to do so much because he was the most powerful person in the empire after King Ahasuerus. He was also a leader among his own people. All of his fellow Jews respected him. He worked hard to make sure that the Jews would always prosper.
