Only use of identical word form ἀνήγγειλεν (V-IAA3..S) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἀνήγγειλεν’ (V-IAA3..S) is always and only glossed as ‘declared’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘anaŋgellō’ have 10 different glosses: ‘to declare’, ‘was declared’, ‘will_be declaring’, ‘he will_be declaring’, ‘it was declared’, ‘they were declaring’, ‘they declared’, ‘we are declaring’, ‘declared’, ‘declaring’.
