Key: khaki:verbs.
Bold in each verse marks the word or words linked to that example’s source word, where an alignment is available.
Note: Automatic aligning of the OET-RV to the LV is done by some temporary software, hence the RV alignments are incomplete (and may occasionally be wrong). An unbolded RV line may have no alignment for this word. See the OET key for other text colours and marks.

OET-LV: 15 And_now not Ḩizqiyyāh let_him_deceive you(pl) and_not let_him_mislead you(pl) like_this and_do_not believe to_him/it if/because not any_of god of_any_of nation and_kingdom it_has_been_able to_deliver people_of_its from_hand_of_my and_from_the_hand_of my_fathers_of_my indeed if/because gods_of_your(pl) not they_will_deliver you(pl) from_hand_of_my. (CH2 32:15)

OET-RV: 15 So don’t let Hizkiyah deceive you or mislead you like this. Don’t believe him, because no god of any nation or kingdom has been able to save his people from my ancestors or from me. So your god certainly won’t be able to protect you from my army. (CH2 32:15)

Note: These word pages enable you to click through to the Open Scriptures Hebrew Bible (OSHB) that the Open English Translation Old Testament is translated from. The OSHB is based on the Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC). (We are still searching for a digitized facsimile of the Leningradensis manuscript that we can easily link to. See this list and this archive for now.) This is all part of the commitment of the Open English Translation team to be transparent about all levels of the Bible translation process right back to the original manuscripts.
