This is still a very early look into the unfinished text of the Open English Translation of the Bible. Please double-check the text in advance before using in public.

The non-Jewish woman with amazing faith

15:21 The non-Jewish woman with amazing faith

(Mark 7:24-30)

21Then Yeshua left Galilee and went out to the districts of Tyre and Tsidon. 22Then, look, a woman from that area and of Caananite ancestry came to hum and called out, “Master, David’s descendant, my daughter is suffering from demon possession.”

23But Yeshua didn’t even answer her. So his apprentices came up and suggested, “Send her away because she’s still yelling out back there.”

24Yeshua answered, “I was only sent to the lost sheep that descended from Israel.

25But she came and knelt down in front of him, begging, “Master, help me.”

26It’s not good,”, Yeshua responded, “to take the children’s food off them and throw it out to the puppies.

27“True, master,” she said, “but even the puppies eat the little crumbs that fall off their masters’ table.”

28Oh, womanYeshua answered, “you have lots of faith, so what you asked for will become reality.” And so her daughter was healed that very hour.
