This is still a very early look into the unfinished text of the Open English Translation of the Bible. Please double-check the text in advance before using in public.
41:1 Inside the temple
41 Then the man took me into the temple’s holy place and measured the doorposts at three metres thick on each side. 2 The doorway was five metres wide and the wall on each side was 2.5m long. Then the man measured the dimensions of the holy place—twenty-one metres long and ten metres wide. 3 Then the man went into the very sacred inner place and measured the door at one metre wide, and the doorway was three metres wide. The walls on either side were nearly four metres wide. 4 Then he measured the square room’s length and width of eleven metres, measuring to the temple hallway. Then he said to me, “This is the most sacred area.”
