35:20 The final kingdom of Husiyas

(2 Kgs 23:28-30)

20 After all this when he _had _prepared Yʼoshiy^yāh DOM the_temple he _went _up Necho the _king of _Miʦərayim/(Egypt) to_fight in/on/at/with_Carchemish on [the]_Euphrates and_he/it _went _out to_meet_him Yʼoshiy^yāh.
21 And_sent to_him/it messengers to_say what to/for_me and_between_you Oh _king of _Yəhūdāh not against_you you the_day DOM against the _house war_I and_god he _has _said to_hurry_me cease to/for_yourself(m) opposing_god who with_me and_not destroy_you.
22 And_not he _turned Yʼoshiy^yāh face_his from_him/it DOM in _order _to_fight in/on/over_him/it he _disguised _himself and_not he _listened to the _words of _Necho from_mouth of _god and_went to_fight in/on/at/with_plain of _Megiddo.
23 And_shot the_archers to/for_the _king Yʼoshiy^yāh and_he/it _said the_king to_servants_his take _away_me DOM I _have _been _wounded exceedingly.
24 And_took_him servants_his from the_chariot and_carried_him on the _chariot the_second which to_him/it and_brought_him Yərūshālayim and_he/it _died and_buried in/on/at/with_tombs fathers_his and_all Yəhūdāh and_Yərūshālayim [were]_mourning on Yʼoshiy^yāh.
25 and_uttered _a _lament Yirəmə^yāh on Yʼoshiy^yāh and_they _said all the_singing and_the_singing in/on/at/with_laments_their on Yʼoshiy^yāh until the_day and_made_them as_custom on Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_see_they [are]_written on the_laments.
26 And_rest of _the _matters of _Yʼoshiy^yāh and_faithful _deeds_his according _to _the_written in/on/at/with_law of _Yahweh.
27 And_acts_his the_first and_the_last see_they [are]_written on the _scroll of _the _kings of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_Yihudah.
