32 after the_things and_the_faithfulness the_these he_came Sennacherib the_king of_Assyria and_invaded in/on/at/with_Yəhūdāh and_encamped on the_cities the_fortified and_he/it_said to_break_into_them to_him/it.
2 And_he/it_saw Ḩizqiy^yāh DOM_that he_had_come Sennacherib and_face_he to_the_war on Yərūshālayim.
3 And_consulted with officers_his and_warriors_his to_stop DOM the_waters the_springs which from_outside to_the_city and_helped_him.
4 And_gathered people numerous and_stopped_up DOM all the_springs and_DOM the_stream the_flowed in_the_middle the_earth/land to_say to/for_what will_they_come the_kings of_Assyria and_find waters many.
5 And_strengthened and_he/it_built DOM all the_wall the_broken_down and_he/it_ascended on the_towers and_to_the_outside the_wall another and_strengthened DOM the_millo the_city of_Dāvid and_he/it_made weapon[s] to_increase_in_number and_shields.
6 And_he/it_gave commanders of_wars over the_people and_gathered_them to_him/it to the_open_place of_the_gate the_city and_he/it_spoke to hearts_them to_say.
7 Be_strong and_courageous do_not be_afraid and_not be_dismayed from_face/in_front_of the_king of_Assyria and_from_to/for_and_because_of all the_horde which with_him/it DOM with_us [one]_great than_with_him.
8 With_him/it an_arm of_flesh and_with_us Yahweh god_our to_help_us and_to_fight battles_our and_relied the_people on the_words of_Ḩizqiy^yāh the_king of_Yəhūdāh.
9 after this he_sent Sennacherib the_king of_Assyria servants_his Yərūshālayim_to and_he [was]_at Lachish and_all forces_his with_him/it to Ḩizqiy^yāh the_king of_Yəhūdāh and_to all Yəhūdāh which in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim to_say.
10 Thus he_says Sennacherib the_king of_Assyria on what [are]_you_all relying and_remain in/on/at/with_siege in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim.
11 Not [is]_Ḩizqiy^yāh misleading DOM_you_all to_give DOM_you_all to_die in/on/at/with_famine and_in/on/at/with_thirst to_say Yahweh god_our save_us from_hand of_the_king of_Assyria.
12 Not that Ḩizqiy^yāh did_he_remove DOM high_places_his and_DOM altars_his and_he/it_said to_Yəhūdāh and_to_Yərūshālayim to_say to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before an_altar one you_all_will_bow_down and_on_it you_all_will_make_smoke.
13 Not do_you_all_know what have_I_done I and_fathers_my to_all/each/any/every the_peoples the_lands to_be_able were_they_able the_gods of_the_nations the_lands to_deliver DOM land_their from_hand_my.
14 Who in_all the_gods the_nations the_these which they_totally_destroyed fathers_my [is_one]_which it_was_able to_save DOM people_his from_hand_my (cmp) he_will_be_able god_your_all’s to_deliver DOM_you_all from_hand_my.
15 And_now not let_him_deceive DOM_you_all Ḩizqiy^yāh and_don’t let_him_mislead DOM_you_all like_this and_not believe to_him/it DOM not it_has_been_able any god of_any nation and_kingdom to_deliver people_his from_hand_my and_from_hand fathers_my indeed DOM god_your_all’s not they_will_deliver DOM_you_all from_hand_my.
16 And_still they_spoke servants_his on Yahweh the_ʼₑlhīmv and_against Ḩizqiy^yāh servant_his.
17 And_letters he_wrote to_throw_contempt to/for_YHWH the_god of_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_to_speak on/upon/above_him/it to_say just_as_gods of_the_nations the_lands which not they_delivered people_their from_hand_my so not he_will_deliver the_god of_Ḩizqiy^yāh people_his from_hand_my.
18 And_called_out in/on/at/with_voice great Judean to the_people of_Yərūshālayim which [was]_on the_wall to_frighten_them and_to_terrify_them so_that they_may_capture DOM the_city.
19 And_they_spoke concerning the_god of_Yərūshālayim as_of the_gods of_the_peoples the_earth/land the_work of_the_hands the_humankind.
20 and_prayed Ḩizqiy^yāh the_king and_Yəshaˊ^yāh the_son of_Amoz the_prophet on this and_cried_out the_heavens.
21 and_sent Yahweh an_angel and_annihilated every mighty_[man] of_strength and_commander and_officers in/on/at/with_camp of_the_king of_Assyria and_returned in/on/at/with_shamed of_face to_land_his_own and_went_into the_house his/its_god and_some_of_offspring[fn] loins_his_own there struck_down_him in/on/at/with_sword.
22 And_saved Yahweh DOM Ḩizqiy^yāh and_DOM the_inhabitants of_Yərūshālayim from_hand of_Sennacherib the_king of_Assyria and_from_hand of_everyone and_gave_rest_them on_every_side.
23 And_many [were]_bringing an_offering to/for_YHWH to_Yərūshālayim and_precious_things to_Ḩizqiy^yāh the_king of_Yəhūdāh and_exalted in_sight of_all the_nations from_after thus.

24 in_the_days the_those he_became_sick Ḩizqiy^yāh until at_the_point_of_death and_prayed to Yahweh and_he/it_said to_him/it and_sign he_gave to_him/it.
25 And_not according_to_benefit on/upon/above_him/it he_repaid Ḩizqiy^yāh DOM it_was_haughty his/its_heart and_he/it_was on/upon/above_him/it severe_anger and_upon Yəhūdāh and_Yərūshālayim.
26 And_humbled Ḩizqiy^yāh in/on/at/with_pride his/its_heart he and_inhabitants of_Yərūshālayim and_not it_came upon_them the_severe_anger of_Yahweh in/on/at/with_days of_Ḩizqiy^yāh.

27 And_he/it_was to_Ḩizqiy^yāh wealth and_honor great exceedingly and_treasuries he_made to_him/it for_silver and_for_gold and_for_stones precious and_for_spices and_for_shields and_to/for_all articles of_preciousness.
28 And_storehouses for_yield of_grain and_new_wine and_oil and_stalls to/from_all/each/any/every livestock and_cattle and_flocks for_the_sheepfolds.
29 And_cities he_made to_him/it and_acquired of_flock and_herds to_increase_in_number DOM he_had_given to_him/it god property much very.
30 And_he Ḩizqiy^yāh he_stopped_up DOM the_outlet of_the_waters of_Gihon the_upper and_directed_them to_downward west_side_to of_city of_Dāvid and_prospered Ḩizqiy^yāh in_all works_he.
31 And_thus/so/as_follows in/on/at/with_envoys of_the_officials of_Bāⱱelh the_sent on/upon/above_him/it to_inquire_about the_sign which it_had_happened in/on_the_earth left_him the_ʼₑlhīmv to_test_him to_know everything in/on/at/with_heart_his.

32 And_rest of_the_matters of_Ḩizqiy^yāh and_good_deeds_his see_they [are]_written in/on/at/with_vision of_Yəshaˊ^yāh the_son of_Amoz the_prophet on the_scroll of_the_kings of_Yəhūdāh and_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel).
33 And_slept Ḩizqiy^yāh with fathers_his and_buried_him in/on/at/with_ascent of_the_graves of_the_descendants of_Dāvid and_honor they_did to_him/it in/on/at/with_death_his all Yəhūdāh and_inhabitants of_Yərūshālayim and_became_king Mənashsheh son_his in_place_his.
