Only use of identical word form κατεπατήθη (V-IAP3··S) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘κατεπατήθη’ (V-IAP3··S) is always and only glossed as ‘it was trampled’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘katapateō’ have 5 different glosses: ‘having trampled’, ‘to_be trampling’, ‘to_be_being trampled’, ‘it was trampled’, ‘they will_be trampling’.
