18 And_despised [the]_oath by_breaking [the]_covenant and_see/lo/see he _had _given his/its_hand and_all these _[things] he _did not he _will _escape.
19 for_so/thus/hence thus he _says my_master/master Yahweh [by]_the _life of _me if not oath_my which he _despised and_covenant_my which he _broke and_I _will _give_him/it in/on/at/with_head_his.
20 And_spread on/upon/above_him/it net_my and_caught in/on/at/with_snare_my and_bring_him Bāvelh_to and_enter _into _judgment with_him/it there treachery_his which he _has _acted _unfaithfully in/on/at/with_me.
21 And_DOM all pick_his[fn] in_all troops_his in/on/at/with_sword they _will _fall and_the_survivors to/from_all/each/any/every wind they _will _be _scattered and_know DOM_that I Yahweh I _have _spoken.
