Only use of identical word form συνεσθίειν (V-NPA····) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘συνεσθίειν’ (V-NPA····) is always and only glossed as ‘to_be eating_with’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘sunesthiō’ have 4 different glosses: ‘is eating_with’, ‘to_be eating_with’, ‘he was eating_with’, ‘ate_with’.
