The northern boundary of Yisrael will start at the Mediterranean Sea and go east to Hetlon city, then to Levo-Hamat, and farther on to Hatsar-Enan, which is south of Damascus, and it’ll continue to Hamat. Each tribe will receive land that will extend from the eastern boundary of Yisrael west to the Mediterranean Sea.
