18 and_he/it _was after thus and_defeated Dāvid DOM [the]_Philistines and_subdued_them and_he/it _took DOM Gath and_villages_its from_hand of _[the]_Philistines.

14 And_reigned Dāvid over all Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_he/it _was doing justice and_righteousness to/from_all/each/any/every people_his.
15 And_Joab the _son of _Zeruiah [was]_over the_army and_Jehoshaphat the _son of _Ahilud [was]_recorder.
