2 And_he/it _said Dāvid I _will _do covenant _loyalty with Hanun the _son of _Nahash DOM he _did his/its_father to_me covenant _loyalty and_sent Dāvid messengers to_console_him on his/its_father and_they _came the _servants of _Dāvid into the _land of _the _people of _Ammon to Hanun to_console_him.

9 And_they _went _out the _people of _Ammon and_drew _up battle the _entrance the_city and_the_kings who they _had _come by_themselves in/on/at/with_field.
10 And_he/it _saw Joab DOM_that it _was the _face the_battle to_him/it before and_rear and_chose from_all chosen _[man] in/on/at/with_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_arrayed to_against Rām.

14 And_drew _near Joab and_the_people which with_him/it to_(the)_face _of/in _front _of/before Rām for _the_battle and_fled from_before_him.
15 And_the _sons of _Ammon they _saw DOM_that it _had _fled Rām and_fled also they from_face/in _front _of Abishai his/its_woman and_they _came the_city_to and_came Joab Yərūshālayim.
16 and_he/it _saw Rām DOM_that they _had _been _defeated to_(the)_face _of/in _front _of/before Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_sent messengers and_brought _out DOM Rām which from_beyond the_river and_Shophach the _commander of _the _army of _Hadadezer at_head_them.
17 And_told to_Dāvid and_gathered DOM all Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_he/it _passed _through the_Yarəddēn and_came to_them and_drew _up _forces against_them and_set _inarray Dāvid to_against Rām battle and_fought with_him/it.
18 And_fled Rām from_to/for_face/front/presence Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_killed Dāvid of_Rāmean seven thousand(s) charioteer[s] and_forty thousand man on _foot and_DOM Shophach the _commander the_army he _killed.
19 And_they _saw the _servants of _Hadadezer DOM_that they _had _been _defeated to_(the)_face _of/in _front _of/before Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_made _peace with Dāvid and_became _subject _to_him and_not it _was _willing Rām to_help DOM the _people of _Ammon again.
