30 [fn] and_he/it _said Mosheh to the _people of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) in _accordance _with_all that he _had _commanded Yahweh DOM Mosheh.
2 [fn] and_he/it _spoke Mosheh to the _chiefs the_tribes of_sons of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) to_say this the_word which he _has _commanded Yahweh.
3 [fn] a _man DOM he _will _vow a _vow to/for_YHWH or he _will _swear an _oath to_bind an _obligation on self _of_him not he _will _violate word_his according _to_all the_proceeds out _of_mouth_his he _will _do.

5 [fn] and_hears father_her DOM vow_her and_pledge_her which she _has _bound on self _of_her and_says _nothing to/for_her/it father_her and_stand all vows_her and_all obligation which she _has _bound on life_her it _will _stand.
6 [fn] and_if he _forbade father_her DOM_her/it in/on_day hears_he all vows_her and_pledges_her which she _has _bound on self _of_her not it _will _stand and_YHWH he _will _forgive to/for_her/it DOM he _forbade father_her DOM_her/it.
7 [fn] and_if indeed _(belong) she _will _belong to_husband and_vows_her on/upon_it(f) or the _rash _utterance her/its_lips which she _has _bound on self _of_her.
8 [fn] and_hears her/its_husband/man in/on_day hears_he and_says _nothing to/for_her/it and_stand vows_her and_pledges_her which she _has _bound on self _of_her they _will _stand.
9 [fn] and_if in/on_day hears her/its_husband/man he _will _forbid DOM_her and_nullify DOM vow_her which on/upon_it(f) and_DOM the _rash _utterance her/its_lips which she _has _bound on self _of_her and_LORD he _will _forgive to/for_her/it.
10 [fn] and_vow of _a _widow and_divorced all that she _has _bound on self _of_her it _will _stand on_her.
11 [fn] and_if the _house her/its_husband/man she _has _vowed or she _bound an _obligation on self _of_her in/on/at/with_oath.
12 [fn] and_heard her/its_husband/man and_said _nothing to/for_her/it not he _forbade DOM_her/it and_stand all vows_her and_all obligation which she _has _bound on self _of_her it _will _stand.
13 [fn] and_if actually _(break) he _will _break DOM_them her/its_husband/man in/on_day hears_he any (the)_utterance her/its_lips concerning_vows_her and_concerning_pledge self _of_her not it _will _stand her/its_husband/man nullified_them and_LORD he _will _forgive to/for_her/it.
14 [fn] every vow and_all oath of _obligation to_deny self her/its_husband/man confirm_it and_husband_her nullify_it.
15 [fn] and_if totally _(be _silent) he _will _keep _silent to/for_her/it her/its_husband/man from_day to day and_confirms DOM all vows_her or DOM all pledges_her which on/upon_it(f) he _has _confirmed DOM_them DOM he _kept _silent to/for_her/it in/on_day heard_he.
16 [fn] and_if actually _(break) he _will _break DOM_them after hears_he and_bear DOM guilt_her.
