Paul's Rebuke of Peter
11 But when [fn]Peter came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he was blameworthy. 12 For he regularly ate with the Gentiles until certain men came from James. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself because he was afraid of the circumcision faction. 13 And the rest of the Jews acted hypocritically along with him, so that even Barnabas was led astray by their hypocrisy. 14 But when I saw that they were not walking uprightly in accordance with the truth of the gospel, I said to [fn]Peter in front of them all, “If yoʋ, though a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, [fn]why do yoʋ compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?”
