Procedures for the ordination offering

Lev 6:19–23

19Then Yahweh told Mosheh, 20“On the day when one of Aharon’s male descendants is consecrated as a priest, this is what he must present to Yahweh: a continual grain offering of a kilogram of fine wheat flour—half for the morning and half for the evening. 21It must be mixed with olive oil then cooked with oil on a flat pan. It must then be broken into pieces and presented as a grain offering to make a pleasing aroma for Yahweh. 22The priest who’s next in line to become high priest must offer it and it must be completely burnt for Yahweh. This is a permanent regulation. 23Any grain offering by a priest must be completely burnt—it must not be eaten.”
