God Has Spoken Through His Son
1 God spoke to our fathers long ago at many times and in many ways through the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us through his Son, 2 whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. 3 He is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his nature, sustaining all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for [fn]our sins [fn]by giving his own life, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in high places, 4 having become as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.
