Only use of identical word form ἐξέπεσαν (V-IAA3··P) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἐξέπεσαν’ (V-IAA3··P) is always and only glossed as ‘fell_from’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘ekpiptō’ have 7 different glosses: ‘has fallen_from’, ‘to run_aground’, ‘they may run_aground’, ‘we may run_aground’, ‘you_all may fall_from’, ‘you_all fell_from’, ‘fell_from’.
