Only use of identical word form πατεῖν (V-NPA····) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘πατεῖν’ (V-NPA····) is always and only glossed as ‘to_be treading’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘pateō’ have 5 different glosses: ‘being trodden’, ‘is treading’, ‘to_be treading’, ‘was trodden’, ‘they will_be treading’.
