5 The _son of _Abishua the _son of _Fīnəḩāş the _son of _ʼEləˊāzār the _son of_ʼAhₐron the_priest/officer the_chief.
6 That ˊEzərāʼ he _came _up from_Bāⱱelh and_he [was]_a _scribe skilled in/on/at/with_law of _Mosheh which he _had _given Yahweh the _god of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_granted to_him/it the_king for_hand of _Yahweh his/its_god on/upon/above_him/it all asked_he.
7 and_went _up from_(the)_sons of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_from the_priests and_the_Levites and_the_singers and_the_gatekeepers and_the_temple _servants to Yərūshālayim in_year seven of_Artaxerxes the_king.
8 And_came Yərūshālayim in/on/at/with_month the_fifth it [was]_the _year the_seventh of _the_king.
9 DOM in/on/at/with_first of _the_month the_first it [was]_the _beginning the_journey from_Bāⱱelh and_in/on/at/with_first of _the_month the_fifth he _came to Yərūshālayim for_hand his/its_god the_gracious on/upon/above_him/it.

17 As_to because this diligently you _will _buy in/on/at/with_money_the this bulls rams lambs and_grain _offerings_their and_drink _offerings_their and_offer them on altar_the (diy)_of the _house god_your _all’s which in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim.
18 And_whatever that to_you[fn][fn] and_to brothers_your[fn][fn] it _is _good in/on/at/with_rest silver_the and_gold_the to_do according _to_will god_your _all’s you _all _will _do.
19 And_vessels_the which [have _been]_given to/for_you(fs) for_service of _the _house god_your make _complete before the _god of _Yərūshālayim.
20 And_anything _else of _the _thing[s]_needed of _the _house god_your which it _will _fall to/for_you(fs) to_provide you _will _give from the _house of _the _treasures Oh/the_king.
21 And_from_I I Artaxerxes Oh/the_king it _is _made a _decree to_all/each/any/every treasurers_the who in/on/at/with_province _beyond river_the (diy)_that all that ask_you _all ˊEzərāʼ priest_the the _scribe law_the (diy)_of the _god the_heavens diligently let _it _be _done.
22 Up _to silver talents one _hundred and_unto wheat(s) kor_measures one _hundred and_unto wine baths one _hundred and_unto baths oil one _hundred and_salt which not [is]_writing.
23 All that [is]_according _to the _decree of _the _god the_heavens let _it _be _done exactly for_house of _the _god the_heavens that why will _it _be anger on the _kingdom Oh/the_king and_sons_his.
24 And_to_you _all [we _are]_making _known (diy)_that all priests_the and_levites_the singers_the doorkeepers_the temple _servants_the and_servants of _the _house the_god this tribute tax and_toll not [is]_authorized to_impose on_them.
