Only use of identical word form Ἐκριζώθητι (V-MAP2··S) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘Ἐκριζώθητι’ (V-MAP2··S) is always and only glossed as ‘be uprooted’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘ekrizoō’ have 4 different glosses: ‘be uprooted’, ‘having_been uprooted’, ‘will_be_being uprooted’, ‘you_all may uproot’.
