28 concerning_Kedar and_concerning_kingdoms of _Hazor which he _attacked Nebuchadnezzar[fn] the _king of _Bāvelh thus he _says Yahweh arise go _up against Kedar and_destroy DOM [the]_people of _[the]_east.
29 Tents_their and_flocks_their people _will _take _away tent _curtains_their and_all goods_their and_camels_their they _will _carry _off to/for_them and_call _out to_them terror on_every _side.
30 Flee take _flight exceedingly make _deep to_dwell Oh _inhabitants of _Hazor the _utterance of _Yahweh DOM he _has _planned against_you _all Nebuchadnezzar the _king of _Bāvelh a _plan and_devised against_you _all[fn] a _purpose.
31 Arise go _up against a _nation at _ease [which]_dwells in_security the _utterance of _Yahweh not a _pair _of _gates and_not a _bar to_him/it alone they _dwell.
32 And_they _will _be camels_their as_plunder and_herds cattle_their as_spoil and_scatter_them to/from_all/each/any/every wind [those _who _are]_cut _off of _[the]_corner and_from_every side_their I _will _bring DOM disaster_them the _utterance of _Yahweh.
33 And_become Hazor as_haunt of _jackals a _desolation until perpetuity not he _will _dwell there anyone and_not he _will _sojourn in/on/at/with_it a _child of _humankind.
