3 DOM thus he _says Yahweh to_men of _Yəhūdāh and_to_Yərūshālayim plow to/for_you _all unplowed _ground and_not sow to thorns.
4 Circumcise _yourselves to_LORD and_remove the _foreskins hearts_your _all’s Oh _man of _Yəhūdāh and_inhabitants of _Yərūshālayim lest it _should _go _forth like _the_fire severe _anger_my and_burn and_no [one _who]_extinguishes from_face/in _front _of the _wickedness deeds_your _all’s.

5 Declare in/on/at/with_Yəhūdāh and_in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim make _a _proclamation and_say and[fn] a _trumpet on _the_earth call _out fill and_say gather _yourselves and_go to the _cities the_fortified.
6 Lift _up a _standard Tsiyyōn_toward bring _to _safety do _not stand _still DOM calamity I [am]_about _to _bring from_north and_destruction great.
7 It _has _gone _up a _lion from_thicket_his and_destroyer of _nations he _has _set _out he _has _gone _out from_place_his to_make land_your as_waste cities_your they _will _fall _in _ruins from_no an _inhabitant.
8 On this gird _yourselves(pl) sackcloth(s) mourn and_wail DOM not it _has _turned _back the _burning of _the _anger of _Yahweh from_us.
9 and_it _was in/on/at/with_day (the)_that the _utterance of _Yahweh it _will _perish the _heart the_king and_heart the_officials and_appalled the_priests and_the_prophets they _will _be _astonished.

11 In/on/at/with_time the_that it _will _be _said to _the_people the_this and_to_Yərūshālayim a _wind scorching bare _heights in/on/at/with_wilderness [will _be]_the _direction of _the _daughter people_my not to_winnow and_not to_cleanse.
12 A _wind [too]_full from_these it _will _come to_me now also I I _will _speak judgments DOM_them.
13 There like_clouds he _is _going _up and_like _the_whirlwind chariots_his they _are _swift than_eagles horses_his woe to/for_us DOM we _are _devastated.

15 DOM a _voice [is]_declaring from_Dān and_proclaiming trouble from_hill of _ʼEfrayim.
16 Bring _to _remembrance to _the_nations here proclaim to Yərūshālayim besiegers [are]_coming from_land the_distant and_raise on the _cities of _Yəhūdāh voices_their.
17 Like_watchers (of)_a _field they _are on/upon_it(f) in_around DOM DOM_me it _has _been _rebellious _against the _utterance of _Yahweh.
18 ways_your and_deeds_your they _have _brought _about these _[things] to/for_you(fs) this doom_your DOM [it _is]_bitter DOM it _has _reached to heart_your.

24 I _looked _at the_mountains and_see/lo/see [they _were]_quaking and_all the_hills they _shook _to _and _fro.
25 I _looked and_see/lo/see [was]_not the_humankind and_all (the)_bird the_heavens they _had _fled.
26 I _looked and_see/lo/see the_fruitful _land the_wilderness and_all cities_its they _had _been _pulled _down from_face/in _front _of Yahweh from_face/in _front _of the _burning anger_his.
27 DOM thus he _says Yahweh a _desolation it _will _be all the_earth/land and_full _end not I _will _make.
28 On this it _will _mourn the_earth/land and_grow _dark the_heavens at_above on DOM I _have _spoken I _have _resolved and_not I _have _repented and_not I _will _turn _back from_it.
29 At_sound of _a _horseman and_one _shooting _of of _a _bow [is]_fleeing every the_city people _will _go in/on/at/with_thickets and_in/on/at/with_rocks people _will _go _up every the_city [is]_abandoned and_no dwelling in/on/at/with_them anyone.
30 And_you[fn] Oh _devastated _[one] what are _you _doing (cmp) you _are _dressing scarlet (cmp) you _adorn _yourself ornament[s] of _gold (cmp) you _tear _open in/on/at/with_paint eyes_your in _the_vain you _beautify _yourself they _have _rejected in/on/at/with_you lovers life_your they _seek.
31 DOM a _sound as_woman _in _labour I _have _heard distress as_bearing _firstchild the _sound of _the _daughter of _Tsiyyōn she _is _gasping _for _breath she _is _spreading _out hands_her woe please to_me DOM it _is _weary life_my before_murderers.
