23 Woe _to [the]_shepherds [who _are]_causing _to _stray and_scatter DOM the _flock pasture_my the _utterance of _Yahweh.
2 For_so/thus/hence thus he _says Yahweh the _god of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) on the_shepherds the_shepherd DOM people_my you _all you _all _have _scattered DOM flock_my and_driven _away_them and_not you _all _have _paid _attention _to DOM_them see_I [am]_about _to _visit to_you _all DOM the _wickedness deeds_your _all’s the _utterance of _Yahweh.
3 And_I I _will _gather _together DOM the _remnant flock_my from_all the_lands where I _have _banished DOM_them there and_bring _back DOM_them to pasture_their and_fruitful and_multiply.
4 And_raise _up over_them shepherds and_tend_them and_not they _will _be _afraid again and_not they _will _be _terrified and_not they _will _be _missing the _utterance of _Yahweh.
5 here days [are]_coming the _utterance of _Yahweh and_raise _up for_Dāvid a _branch righteous and_reign a _king and_wisely and_do justice and_righteousness on _the_earth.
6 In/on/at/with_days_his it _will _be _saved Yəhūdāh and_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) it _will _dwell in_safety and_this name_his which called_he Yahweh righteousness_our.
7 for_so/thus/hence here days [are]_coming the _utterance of _Yahweh and_not people _will _say again [by]_the _life of _Yahweh who he _brought _up DOM the _people of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) from_land of _Miʦərayim/(Egypt).
8 DOM (if) [by]_the _life of _Yahweh who he _brought _up and_which he _brought DOM the _offspring of _the _house of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) from_land north_at and_from_all the_countries where driven_them there and_live on land_their _own.
