4 and_he/it _called Yirəmə^yāh DOM Baruch the _son of _Nēriy^yāhah and_wrote Baruch at_dictation of _Yirəmə^yāh DOM all the _words of _Yahweh which he _had _spoken to_him/it on a _scroll of _a _document.

8 And_he/it _made Baruch the _son of _Nēriy^yāhah according _to_all that commanded_him Yirəmə^yāh the_prophet to_call in/on/at/with_scroll the _words of _Yahweh the _house of _Yahweh.
9 and_he/it _was in/on/at/with_year the_fifth of_Jehoiakim the _son of _Yʼoshiy^yāh the _king of _Yəhūdāh in/on/at/with_month the_ninth they _proclaimed a _fast to_(the)_face _of/in _front _of/before Yahweh all the_people in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim and_all the_people the_(ones _who)_went from_towns of _Yəhūdāh in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim.
