Only use of identical word form ἐκμάσσειν (V-NPA....) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἐκμάσσειν’ (V-NPA....) is always and only glossed as ‘to_be wiping_off them’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘ekmassō’ have 5 different glosses: ‘having wiped_off’, ‘to_be wiping_off them’, ‘she was wiping_off them’, ‘wiped_off’, ‘wiped_off them’.
