Only use of identical word form κεκόσμηται (V-IEP3··S) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘κεκόσμηται’ (V-IEP3··S) is always and only glossed as ‘has_been adorned’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘kosmeō’ have 7 different glosses: ‘has_been adorned’, ‘having_been adorned’, ‘to_be adorning’, ‘were adorning’, ‘they may_be adorning’, ‘they trimmed’, ‘you_all are adorning’.
