12 At that the time, the Yaʸsous was _gone on _the days _of _rest through the grainfields, and the the_apprentices/followers of _him hungered, and began to _be _plucking heads _of _grain and to _be _eating.
2 And the Farisaios_party having _seen, said to _him:
Behold, the apprentices/followers of _you are _doing what it _is_ not _permitting to _be _doing on the_day _of _rest.
3 But he said to _them:
Not you _all _read what Dawid/(Dāvid) did, when he _hungered and the ones with him?
4 How he _came _in into the house of_ the _god, and they _ate the bread of _the presence, which it _was not permitting for _him to _eat, nor for _the ones with him, except only not/lest for _the priests?
5 Or you _all_ not _read in the law that on _the days _of _rest the priests in the temple are _profaning the day _of _rest, and they _are innocent?
6 But I _am _saying to _you _all that one greater than the temple is here.
7 But if you _all _had _known what this is:
I _am _wanting Mercy and not sacrifice, you _all_ would not _convicted the innocent.
8 For/Because the son of_ the _man is master of _the day _of _rest.
9 And having _departed from _there, he _came into the synagogue of _them.
10 And see, a_man having a_ withered _hand.
And they _asked him saying:
- Is _it _permitting to _be _healing on _the days _of _rest?
In _order _that they _may _accuse against _him.
11 And he said to _them:
What person will _be of you _all, who will _be _having one sheep, and if this may _fall _in into a_pit on _the days _of _rest, will_ not _be _taking _hold _of it and will _be _raising it?
12 For/Because _how _much therefore a_human is _carrying _value than a_sheep?
So _then it _is _permitting to _be _doing good on _the days _of _rest.
13 Then he _is _saying to _the man:
Stretch _out the hand of _you.
And he _stretched _out it, and it _was _restored, healthy as the other.
14 But the Farisaios_party having _come _out, received a_counsel against him, so _that they _may _destroy him.
15 But the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) having _known, withdrew from _there.
And great followed after _him, and he _healed them all, 16 and he _warned to _them that they _may_ not _make him manifest.
17 In _order _that the message may _be _fulfilled having _been _spoken by Aʸsaias/(Yəshaˊ^yāh) the prophet saying, 18 Behold, the servant of _me whom I _chose, the beloved of _me whom the soul of _me took _pleasure I _will _be _putting the spirit of _me on him, and he _will _be _reporting justice to _the pagans.
19 He will_ not _be _quarrelling, nor will _be _crying _out, nor will_ anyone _be _hearing the voice of _him in the roads.
20 By _no _means he _will _be _breaking a_reed having _been _bruised, and by _no _means he _will _be _extinguishing a_wick being _smouldering, until wishfully he _may _send _forth the justice to victory.
21 And the_pagans will _be _hoping in _the name of _him.
22 Then a_being _demon _possessed man was _brought to _him, blind and mute, and he _healed him, so _that the mute man to _be _speaking and to _be _seeing.
23 And all the crowds were _marvelling and were _saying:
Surely _not this one is the son of _Dawid/(Dāvid)?
24 And the Farisaios_party having _heard said:
This man is_ not _throwing _out the demons, except not/lest by the Beʼelzeboul, ruler of _the demons.
25 And having _known the thoughts of _them, he _said to _them:
Every kingdom having _been _divided against itself is _being _desolated, and every city or house having _been _divided against itself will_ not _be _being _stood.
26 And if the Satan/(Sāţān) is _throwing _out the Satan, he _was _divided against himself.
Therefore how will_ the kingdom of _him _be _being _established?
27 And if I am _throwing _out the demons by Beʼelzeboul, by whom the sons of _you _all are _they _throwing _out?
Because _of this, they will _be judges of _you _all.
28 But if I am _throwing _out the demons by the_spirit of_god, consequently the kingdom of_ the _god came on you _all.
29 Or how is_ anyone _able to _come _in into the house of _the strong man and to _snatch the goods of _him, if not first he _may _bind the strong man?
And then he _will _be _thoroughly _plundering the household of _him.
30 The one not being with me is against me, and the one not gathering _together with me is _scattering.
31 Because _of this I _am _saying to _you _all, every sin and slander will _be _being _forgiven to _the people, but the slander of _the spirit will_ not _be _being _forgiven.
32 And if whoever may _speak a_message against the son of_ the _Man, it _will _be _being _forgiven to _him, but whoever wishfully may _speak against the the holy spirit, it will_ not _be _being _forgiven to _him, neither in this the age nor in the one coming.
33 Either make the tree good and the fruit of _it good, or make the tree bad and the fruit of _it bad, because/for the tree is _being _known by the fruit.
34 Brood of _vipers, being evil how are _you _all _being _able to _be _speaking good things?
For/Because the mouth is _speaking out _of the excess of _the heart.
35 The good person is _sending _forth good out _of his good treasure, and the evil person is _sending _forth evil out _of his evil treasure.
36 But I _am _saying to _you _all that every idle message that the people will _be _speaking, they _will _be _giving _back an_account for it in day of _judgment.
37 For/Because you _will _be _being _justified by the messages of _you, and you _will _be _being _convicted by the messages of _you.
38 Then some of _the scribes and Farisaios_party answered to _him saying:
Teacher, we _are _wanting to _see a_sign from you.
39 But he answering said to _them, A_ evil and adulterous _Generation is _seeking _after a_sign, and a_sign will_ not _be _being _given to _it, except not/lest the sign of _Yōnas/(Yōnāh) the prophet.
40 For/Because as Yōnas was in the belly of _the huge _fish three days and three nights, thus the son of_ the _man will _be three days and three nights in the heart of _the earth.
41 The_ Nineuitaʸs/(ones_from _Nīnəvēh) _men will _be _standing _up in the judgment with the this generation, and they _will _be _condemning it, because they _repented at the proclamation of _Yōnas, and see, ^one_greater than Yōnas is here.
42 The_queen of_the_south will _be _being _raised in the judgment with the this generation, and will _be _condemning it, because she _came from the ends of _the earth to _hear the wisdom of _Solomōn/(Shəlmoh), and see, ^one_greater than Solomōn is here.
43 And whenever the unclean spirit may _come _out from the person, it _is _passing _through through waterless places seeking rest and it _is_ not _finding.
44 Then it _is _saying:
I _will _be _turning _back to the house of _me whence I _came _out.
And having _come, it _is _finding being _unoccupied having _been _swept and having _been _adorned.
45 Then it _is _going and is _taking with itself seven other spirits more _evil than itself, and having _come _in it _is _dwelling there, and the last state of _the that person is _becoming worse than the first.
Thus it _will _be also to_ the this - evil _generation.
46 Him still speaking to _the crowds, see, the mother and the brothers of _him had _stood outside, seeking to _speak to _him.
47 And someone said to _him:
Behold, the mother of _you and the brothers of _you have _stood outside seeking to _speak to _you.
48 But he answering said to _the one speaking to _him:
Who is the mother of _me and who _all are the brothers of _me?
49 And having _stretched _out the hand of _him to the apprentices/followers of _him he _said:
Behold, the mother of _me and the brothers of _me.
50 For/Because whoever wishfully may _do the will of _the father of _me who is in the_heavens, he is brother, and sister, and mother of _me.
