Only use of identical word form ἐσφαγμένην (V-PEP·AFS) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἐσφαγμένην’ (V-PEP·AFS) is always and only glossed as ‘having_been slain’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘sfazō’ have 5 different glosses: ‘having_been slain’, ‘he slayed’, ‘they will_be slaying’, ‘you were slain’, ‘slayed’.
