28 And_as_soon_as_rest to/for_them they_returned for_doing evil to_your_face and_abandoned_them in/on/at/with_hand enemies_their and_ruled in/among_them and_again and_cried_out_you and_you(ms) from_heaven you_heard and_rescued_them according_to_compassion_your many times.
29 And_warned (is)_in_them in_order_to_turn_back_them to law_your and_they they_acted_presumptuously and_not they_listened to_commandments_your and_in/on/at/with_ordinances_your they_sinned in/on/at/with_which which he_will_do anyone and_live in/among_them and_turned a_shoulder stubborn and_neck_their they_stiffened and_not they_listened.
30 And_patient with_them years many and_warned in/on/at/with_them in/on/at/with_spirit_your in/on/at/with_hand prophets_your and_not they_gave_ear and_gave_them in/on/at/with_hand of_the_peoples the_lands.
31 And_in/on/at/with_compassion_your the_great not make_them complete_destruction and_not abandon_them DOM [are]_a_god gracious and_compassionate you.
32 And_now god_our the_god the_great the_mighty and_the_awesome [who]_keeps the_covenant and_the_steadfast_love not let_it_be_small to_your_face DOM all the_hardship which come_upon_us upon_kings_our upon_officials_our and_upon_priests_our and_upon_prophets_our and_upon_ancestors_our and_to/for_all people_your from_days of_the_kings of_Assyria until the_day the_this.

37 And_yield_its [is]_increasing to_the_kings whom you_have_appointed over_us in/on/at/with_sins_our and_over bodies_our [they_are]_ruling and_in/on/at/with_livestock_our as_please_they and_in/on/at/with_distress great we.
