1 Sing a new song to Yahweh because he’s done wonderful things.
His power and his purity have given him the victory.
2 Yahweh has displayed how he saves people.

3 He calls to mind his loyal commitment and faithfulness towards the Jewish people.
Every part of the world has seen how he saves them.
4 Shout to Yahweh with happiness, all the earth.

5 Make music to Yahweh using the harp.
≈ Yes, use the harp and melodic sounds.
6 Use trumpets and the sound of the horn.
Shout happily to Yahweh, our king.
7 Let the sea and everything in it roar,
