This is still a very early look into the unfinished text of the Open English Translation of the Bible. Please double-check the text in advance before using in public.
14:1 The lamb and the 144,000
14 Then I looked and wow, the lamb was standing on Mt. Tsiyyon/Zion, and with him were 144,000 people with his name and the name of his father written on their foreheads.[ref] 2 I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of lots of water and like the sound of great thunder, and the sound that I heard was like lots of people playing their harps. 3 They sang a new song in front of throne and the four living creatures and the elders, and no one was able to learn the song except the 144,000 who had been bought from the earth. 4 They they are all virgins and they follow the lamb wherever he goes. Out of all people, these ones have been purchased as a first fruits offering for God and for the lamb, 5 and they tell no lies because they are innocent.[ref]
