Only use of identical word form φυτεύει (V-IPA3··S) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘φυτεύει’ (V-IPA3··S) is always and only glossed as ‘is planting’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘futeuō’ have 6 different glosses: ‘be planted’, ‘having_been planted’, ‘is planting’, ‘they were planting’, ‘planted’, ‘planting’.
