Only use of identical word form ὁμιλεῖν (V-NPA....) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ὁμιλεῖν’ (V-NPA....) is always and only glossed as ‘to_be conversing’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘homileō’ have 4 different glosses: ‘having conversed’, ‘to_be conversing’, ‘were conversing’, ‘he was conversing’.
