18 And_uttered oracle_his and_said arise Oh _Balak and_hear listen to_me his/its_son of _Zippor.
19 Not [is]_a _human god and_lie and_son of _humankind and_change _mind (the)_that has _he _said and_not will _he _act and_spoken and_not fulfill_it.
