16 And_he/it_brought Shaphan DOM the_book to the_king and_reported again DOM the_king word to_say all that it_was_given in/on/at/with_hands your_servants they [are]_doing.
17 And_emptied_out DOM the_money the_found in_house_of of_Yahweh and_delivered_it on the_hand the_overseers and_to the_hand of_the_doers the_work.
18 And_told Shaphan the_secretary to/for_the_king to_say a_scroll he_has_given to_me Hilkiah the_priest/officer and_he/it_called in_him/it Shaphan to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_king.
19 And_he/it_was when_heard the_king DOM the_words the_law and_tore DOM clothes_his.
20 And_he/it_commanded the_king DOM Hilkiah and_DOM Ahikam the_son of_Shaphan and_DOM Abdon the_son of_Mīkāh and_DOM Shaphan the_secretary and_DOM Asaiah the_servant the_king to_say.
21 Go consult DOM Yahweh for_me and_for the_left in/on/at/with_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_in/on/at/with_Yəhūdāh on the_words the_book which it_has_been_found DOM [is]_great the_rage of_Yahweh which it_has_been_poured_out in/on/at/with_us on that not they_kept ancestors_our DOM the_word of_Yahweh for_doing in_accordance_with_all the_written on the_book the_this.
22 and_he/it_went Hilkiah and_which the_king to Huldah the_prophetess the_wife of_Shallum the_son of_Tokhath[fn] the_son of_Hasrah the_keeper the_wardrobe and_she [was]_dwelling in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim in/on/at/with_second and_spoke to_her/it to_this.
23 and_she/it_said to/for_them thus he_says Yahweh the_god of_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) say to_the_man who he_sent DOM_you_all to_me.
24 thus he_says Yahweh see_I [am]_about_to_bring calamity on the_place the_this and_upon inhabitants_its DOM all the_curses the_written on the_book which people_have_read_aloud to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_king of_Yəhūdāh.
25 Because that forsaken_me and_burned_incense[fn][fn] to_gods other so_as provoke_toanger_me in/on/at/with_all the_works hands_their and_poured_out severe_anger_my in/on/at/with_place the_this and_not it_will_be_quenched.
26 And_near/to the_king of_Yəhūdāh the_sent DOM_you_all to_inquire in/on/at/with_LORD thus you_all_will_say to_him/it thus he_says Yahweh the_god of_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) the_words which you_have_heard.
27 Because it_was_soft heart_your and_humbled from_to/for_face/front/presence god in/on/at/with_heard_you DOM words_his on the_place the_this and_against inhabitants_its and_humbled to/for_my_face/front and_tore DOM clothes_your and_wept in_presence_me and_also I I_have_heard the_utterance of_Yahweh.
28 Behold_I gather_you to fathers_your and_gathered to grave_your in/on/at/with_peace and_not they_will_look eyes_your in/on/at/with_all the_disaster which I [will]_bring on the_place the_this and_on inhabitants_its and_brought_back DOM the_king word.
29 and_sent the_king and_gathered DOM all the_elders of_Yəhūdāh and_Yərūshālayim.

31 And_stood the_king at place_his and_made DOM the_covenant to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before Yahweh to_go after Yahweh and_to_keep DOM commands_his and_decrees_his and_statutes_his in_all heart_his and_on/over_all soul_his for_doing DOM the_words the_covenant the_written on the_book the_this.
32 And_made DOM every the_present in/on/at/with_Yərūshālayim and_Binəyāmīn and_did the_inhabitants of_Yərūshālayim according_to_covenant of_god the_god ancestors_their.
33 And_removed Yʼoshiy^yāh DOM all the_abominations from_all the_territory which belonged_to_people of_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_worship DOM every the_present in/on/at/with_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) to_serve DOM Yahweh god_their all his/its_days not they_turned_aside from_following Yahweh the_god ancestors_their.
