Only use of identical word form ἀγγαρεύουσιν (V-IPA3··P) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἀγγαρεύουσιν’ (V-IPA3··P) is always and only glossed as ‘they are compelling’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘aŋgareuō’ have 3 different glosses: ‘will_be compelling’, ‘they are compelling’, ‘they compelled’.
