26 And Agrippas was _ saying to the Paulos :
It _ is_ being_ permitted to _ you to _ be_ speaking concerning yourself .
Then the Paulos having _ stretched_ out his hand was _ defending , 2 Concerning all of _ which I _ am_ being_ indicted by the _ Youdaiōns , king Agrippas , I _ have_ considered myself blessed going to _ be_ defending before you , today .
3 Most _ of_ all you being knowledgeable _ one of _ all the among the _ Youdaiōns , of _ both _ customs and questions , therefore I _ am_ beseeching you patiently to _ hear from _ me .
4 Therefore indeed the livelihood of _ me , from youth which from the _ beginning having _ become among the nation of _ me and in Hierousalaʸm/(Yə rūshālayim) , all Youdaiōns have _ known , 5 knowing _ before me originally , if they _ may_ be_ willing to _ be_ testifying that according _ to the most _ exact sect the of _ our religion , I _ lived a _ Farisaios_ party _ member .
6 And now for the _ hope of _ the promise to the fathers of _ us , having _ become by the god , I _ have_ stood being _ judged , 7 to which the twelve _ tribes of _ us serving night and day in earnestness , is _ hoping to _ attain , concerning which the _ hope I _ am_ being_ indicted by the _ Youdaiōns , king .
8 Why is _ it_ being_ judged unbelievable by you _ all , if the god is _ raising the _ dead ?
9 Therefore indeed I supposed to _ myself it _ to_ be_ fitting to _ do many contrary to the name of _ Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) of _ the _ from_ Nazaret .
10 Which also I _ did in Hierousalaʸm , and many both of _ the holy I locked _ up in prisons , having _ received the authority from the chief _ priests , and of _ them being _ killed , I _ brought_ a _ vote _ against them .
11 And in all the synagogues , often punishing them , I _ was_ compelling them to _ be_ slandering , and exceedingly raging _ against against _ them , I _ was_ persecuting them as _ far_ as even to the outside cities .
12 At which journeying to the Damaskos/(Dammeseq) , with the _ authority and permission which of _ the chief _ priests , 13 middle day on the road king I _ saw , from _ heaven a _ light above the brightness like of _ the sun having _ shone_ around me , and the journeying with me .
14 And all of _ us having _ falling_ down to the ground , I _ heard a _ voice , saying to me in _ the Hebraios language :
Saulos/(Shāʼūl) , Saulos , why are _ you_ persecuting me ?
It _ is hard for _ you to _ be_ kicking against the _ prods .
15 And I said :
Who you _ are , master ?
And the master said :
I am Yaʸsous , whom you are _ persecuting .
16 But rise _ up , and stand on the feet of _ you , because/for I _ was_ seen by _ you in this , to _ appoint you a _ attendant and a _ witness , both of _ which you _ saw me and of _ which I _ will_ be_ being_ seen by _ you , 17 rescuing you from the people and from the pagans , to whom I am _ sending_ you _ out , 18 to _ open_ up eyes of _ them , for _ that to _ turn_ back from darkness to light , and from _ the power of _ the _ Satan/(Sāţān) to the god , for _ that them to _ receive forgiveness of _ sins and allotment among the having _ been_ sanctified by _ faith which in me .
19 Whence , king Agrippas , I _ became not unpersuadable to _ the heavenly vision , 20 but to _ the in Damaskos/(Dammeseq) first and both , in _ Hierousalaʸm/(Yə rūshālayim) , and all the region of _ the _ Youdaia , and to _ the pagans , I _ was_ reporting to _ be_ repenting and to _ be_ turning_ back to the god , the worthy of _ works _ repentance doing .
21 On _ account these , the _ Youdaiōns having _ captured me in the temple , were _ attempting to _ hand_ over me .
22 Therefore having _ obtained of _ help which from the god until the this day , I _ have_ stood testifying to _ small both and to _ great , nothing besides saying of _ what both the prophets and Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh) spoke going to _ be_ becoming , 23 the chosen _ one/messiah if suffering , if first by resurrection from _ the _ dead , is _ going to _ be_ proclaiming light the both to _ the _ people and the pagans .
24 And of _ him defending these , the Faʸstos with _ loud the voice is _ saying :
You _ are_ raving_ mad , Paulos .
The great learning is _ turning you to madness .
25 But the Paulos :
Is _ saying I _ am_ not _ raving_ mad :
most _ excellent Faʸstos , but I _ am_ speaking_ out messages of _ truth and sobriety .
26 For/Because the king is _ understanding concerning these , to whom I _ am_ also _ speaking speaking _ boldly , because/for I _ am_ being_ persuaded nothing to _ be_ escaping_ notice him anything of _ these not , because/for this is not having _ been_ done in a _ corner .
27 king Agrippas are _ you_ believing , in _ the prophets ?
I _ have_ known that you _ are_ believing .
28 And the Agrippas said to the Paulos :
Are _ you_ persuading me in a _ little time to _ make a _ follower_ of_ the_ messiah ?
29 And the Paulos said :
I _ might_ hope wishfully to _ the _ god , both in a _ little time and in a _ great time , not only you , but also all the hearing from _ me today , to _ become such what _ kind also _ I am , except of _ the these _ bonds .
30 both the king and the governor Stood _ up , the both Bernikaʸ and the sitting _ with with _ them , 31 and having _ withdrawn they _ were_ speaking to one _ another saying , that This the man any not _ one worthy of _ death or of _ bonds is _ doing .
32 And Agrippas was _ saying to _ the _ Faʸstos :
This the man was _ able to _ have_ sent_ away , except not/lest he _ had_ appealed Kaisar .
