οὐδεὶς δύναται ἁρπάζειν ἐκ τῆς χειρὸς τοῦ Πατρός

Here, Jesus uses the word hand to refer to God’s protective care and snatch to refer to removing someone from that care. See how you translated hand and snatch in the previous verse. Alternate translation: “no one will steal any of them away from my Father” or “they all will remain secure forever in my Father’s care”
10:1-42 Chapter 10 continues the series of festival sermons (see study note on 5:1–10:42). Here, the setting is Hanukkah (the Festival of Dedication), the timing of which is crucial to understanding the story (see study note on 10:22).
OET (OET-LV) The father of_me who has_given them to_me, is greater than all things, and no_one is_able to_be_snatching out_of the hand of_the father.
OET (OET-RV) My father is the one who gave them to me, and he’s more powerful than any other, so no one can snatch them away from him.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Greek words that they’re translated from.
