42:7 Iyov’s three friends humiliated by God

7 After Yahweh had said that to Iyov (Job), he told Elifaz (from Teyman), “I’m angry with you and your two friends, because what you all said about me wasn’t right, like what Iyov said. 8 So now get seven bulls and seven rams and go to my servant Iyov and offer them as a burnt offering for yourselves. Then my servant Iyov will pray for you all. I’ll do what he asks and not deal with you like your foolishness deserves, because you all didn’t speak accurately about me like Iyov did.”

9 So Elifaz (from Teyman) and Bildad (from Shuah) and Tsofar (from Na’amah) went and did what Yahweh had told them, and Yahweh accepted Iyov’s prayer.
